Two Ukrainian Military Helicopters Attacked Oil Depot in Belgorod, Russia, Governor Says
MOSCOW (Sputnik) - An oil depot caught fire on Friday in the Russian city of Belgorod near the border with Ukraine, Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov said.
Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the oil depot fire was caused by airstrikes carried out by two Ukrainian military helicopters.
"The fire at the oil depot occurred as a result of an air strike from two helicopters of the armed forces of Ukraine, which entered the territory of Russia at a low altitude. There are no victims," Gladkov wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to the official, two employees of the oil depot are injured and remain in non-life-threatening condition.
Later in the day, the mayor of Belgorod Anton Ivanov, specified that "two employees of the oil depot who were on site during the explosion were not injured".

However, limited knowledge is available on the occurrence and risks of the phthalates from the face mask. In this study, twelve phthalates were determined in 56 mask samples collected from different countries. The phthalates were detected in all the samples with total levels ranging from 115 ng/g to 37,700 ng/g.

Mohammad Makram Balawi, a Palestinian writer and academic based in Istanbul and president of Asia Middle East Forum, pointed to a few of these in an article on Middle East Monitor.
“For many Palestinians, 2022 is a very special year as it marks the beginning of the ‘downfall’ of the Israeli occupation,” Balawi wrote in February. “This belief is widely spread by some Muslim religious scholars, Palestinian and non-Palestinian, especially the well-known Sheikh Bassaam Jarrār. A possible peace deal between Ukraine and Russia will be put to a national referendum in Ukraine, as soon as Russian troops withdraw to their positions from before the invasion, Ukrainian negotiator Mykhailo Podolyak said Wednesday.

Ukraine proposed adopting the status of a neutral nation in return for security guarantees during peace talks with Russia in Turkey, according to Reuters. The neutral status would compel Kyiv against joining military alliances or host military bases.
The proposals are the most comprehensive that Ukraine has publicized yet. The proposal envisions security guarantees in accordance with the NATO military alliance’s Article 5 – a unified defense clause. Israel was listed among the countries that would be a security guarantor for Ukraine. Other countries listed included Poland, Turkey, and Canada.
The proposal would also involve a 15-year consultation period on Crimea’s status. The negotiators said it may be enforced only in the event of a total ceasefire to reporters in Istanbul.
