Airstrikes on critical infrastructure reported across Ukraine
Some 40 incoming Russian missiles were detected, according to an official
Officials in Ukraine reported Russian attacks on critical infrastructure on Monday, with one claiming that some 40 missiles had been detected in the air.
All Ukrainian regions sounded the alarm in the morning, with the media reporting explosions in several parts of the country, including the capital Kiev. Anton Gerashchenko, an aide to the interior minister, urged people to take cover in shelters, claiming on social media that “at the moment, there are already 40 [Russian] missiles” incoming at targets in the country.

A dozen vessels carrying Ukrainian grain were cleared to leave Turkish ports on Monday, while the Joint Coordination Centre (JCC) in Istanbul agreed on a plan to inspect further 40 ships, despite Moscow’s decision to suspend its participation in the agreement which ensured the safety of Kiev’s exports via the Black Sea.
“The Ukrainian, Turkish and United Nations delegations agreed on a movement plan for tomorrow 31 October for the maritime humanitarian corridor of 16 vessels, 12 outbound and 4 inbound,” the JCC announced in a statement on Sunday.
EU Has Frozen 17B Euros From Russian "Oligarchs And Other Entities"
The European Union has frozen assets worth around 17 billion euros from Russian "oligarchs and other entities," EU Justice Commissioner Didier Reynders said in a Saturday interview.
The figure is roughly 3.2 billion euros higher than in July, when the EU had seized around 13.8 billion euros, primarily across five countries, the Sun Daily reports.

In an interview with The Hill newspaper, published on Sunday, Korniychuk claimed that, as the US is “the only country that Israel is listening to,” Washington should also ensure that its close ally abides by Western sanctions on Russia.
Revealing that he meets with the US ambassador to Israel on a weekly basis, Korniychuk jokingly referred to Tom Nides as a “secret weapon” in his campaign to push Israel out of its neutral status.

They also blamed him for taking part in acts of “humanitarian aggression” against Ukraine.

Excluding the weeks affected by the Jubilee Bank Holiday in early June, and the late Queen’s funeral in September, this means England and Wales have now recorded significant numbers of excess deaths every week for the past 26 weeks, bringing the grand total to 29,491 since the week ending 24th April.
However, the actual number of excess deaths would be much higher if not for the fact that the five-year average now includes deaths that occurred throughout 2021, a year that recorded significant excess deaths on a near-weekly basis.

They claim that the aim of the partnership is to address “the spread of misinformation and disinformation.” The real aim is to manipulate public opinion
