Am discriminating on what bad news or alternative news to read.
The titles alone are enough to decimate any associate who willingly partook of a grand social experiment… as one is surrounded by these people. We sadly realize and witness many of these persons suffering.
Visited a friend who is suffering lo and behold he was watching C-SPAN on tv as I heard all the blabber and plans for world wide cooperation for the next…
So all is chugging along the track, the commercials for prescription meds, the commercials for “Heatwaves”… in DESERTS… (really?), and encouragement to trust the science all hammering these poor souls.
Glad we have learned, now to put this awareness to use and demonstrate compassion. It’s all we can do or we may become “Negative Nellies”….
Mike Adams just did an interview with the Geoengineeringwatch.org producer Dane Wigington last week. He said the planet is already damaged beyond repair by these nut jobs. They have poisoned the water, soil, and air past the point of no return and the planet can no longer recover. That should be the top news story, not cocaine in the White House.
Those Criminals pretend "handling the problems", that these same nuts create in the first place, but finally the planet has started to wake up - as these Psychopaths, who claim to be our "leaders" - have gone way to far with their STEALTH BIO-WEAPON GENOCIDE, that they falsely labeled "a pandemic"!
I'm completely sympathetic. My brain is fractured into the daily living side, where I do what I can and try to support family & friends, and the "knowledge of good and evil" side that I have been aware of since at least 2001. Increasingly, I read history and find that there are many layers to history's times and events. It is good to take a break. You may be able to come back later or you may find another path. In the meantime, read a few good books. Peace to you!

I’ve been thinking the same thing. Do I need to get off Substack completely? We need to be in a good state of mind to create the world we want.
