I am 79and have carried A DNR around for years. Today it’s not necessary because I will never again go near a doctor (Mengele) or hospital (killing fields) or pharmacy (poison pills). I will die a natural death (whatever that entails), or if I stay healthy I will resort to a suicide pill (a la French Resistance ) the minute I learn they are coming to haul me away to a death camp (WA state where I live already has 8-10 “Quarantine (sic) Camps “ set up.) I'm a hospital RN and would worry if someone asked that now (post Covid) they would be trying to kill me-potentially with experimental drugs. Pls know, there are nurses who work the bedside that are fighting this, standing up for patients and arguing with docs...

It seems at first where has the ethical and moral side of medicine gone. Yet sadly, I will say that patients needs have been deteriorating for awhile. The pandemic just shone a bright light on these problems.
All patients need to play an active role in their care, whenever possible. If that is not possible they need a family or friend to speak for them. All patients need informed consent to what their wishes are. The medical professionals need to make decisions that are in agreement with the patient.

My mom just had two hospital stays within one week due to AFIB and then a reaction to one of the medications. She is 92, but before this happened we have had nothing that showed her near death even with the AFIB issue. Her dad lived to 100 and mother 97. She had been using her treadmill and glider before this event so absolutely no plans for an imminent death. Most of the doctors wanting the DNR were understanding, but then we had the doctor of death come in and intimidate the crap out of her in front of myself, her POA, and my son and sister. No matter how I tried to defuse her tactics, she literally scared my mom out of her wits! She told her, “you know we break bones with CPR,” then we can ventilate her which wouldn’t even be something necessary and I said no you won’t. She was a maniac. The next day my mom was like she accepted her death and I couldn’t get her out of there fast enough! Now she is walking again and back to her old self. Just trying to gain her strength. I have reported this resident doctor to everyone and luckily my mom’s doctor is training this monster and I told him what happened in the hospital. They asked why we went against AMA. They wanted to put her in a nursing home with PT, yeah right! This killed my 100 year old grandpa in 1999 when he was supposed to get PT after being hospitalized. We caught them neglecting him over and over again as we were vigilant going there everyday. He died with pneumonia in under 3 weeks. After covid, no one in their right mind would put their family in a nursing home unless you have vetted it and will be there constantly. I am caring for her and can guarantee she will not be neglected, abused and will be fed healthy food.
I am so sorry that they did this. I went in for afib not too long ago (out of the blue, might I add) and they asked if I had a DNR and did I want one. I'm not even 60 - I was like, uh... no! I have a pretty young kid! My father-in-law had the same thing happen with the nursing home. Went in to help him get back on his feet just to transfer from the bed to the potty chair and ended up with the foot infection that he had (almost healed) being broken open and back to the original condition within 3 weeks. He CHOSE to die - asked that they (hospital) give him a large dose of morphine for the pain when he had a medical crisis after all of that. I'll NEVER put a family member in a nursing home after all of that happened if it is in my ability in any way.

AFIB is a death sentence, so why the push for DNR’s especially for your age! We were in the process of trying to get my grandfather home and that’s when he came down with pneumonia….why because they would make him lay in his urine until we came in and changed him. Took away his extra blanket and would keep putting on the air conditioner to freeze him out when we said to leave it off over and over. There was no one in the room with him. And the topper was the night they ran out of food for supper and had to go to a grocery store and made peanut butter sandwiches!!!! We did hospice for my grandmother from home and I will not send my mom back into any facility. I will take care of her from home. I have lined up home care to help her get stronger and back me up with what I am doing. Also, check your supplements and add in the heart healthy ones. I pray you never have to deal with AFIB again.

I don't want to live with medication for the rest of my life that is just sustaining. I have been really active until this happened - hiking, walking, swimming, etc. I'm trying to get back to that. I had my mom after an especially nasty dose of the biological weapon in 2021 for 5 months after she was on a vent and actually came home. She's doing wonderful - it was the best time of my life. We enjoyed each immensely. It was no burden. Good luck with all of your stuff. It's hard but lovely to have them.
The cardiologists told us they wanted her to get back on her treadmill and glider! So that was promising to here that from them! I agree with you about living with the medications. Thank God she was vented before the "remdiscivir" death march! Had it been during, I'm not sure what would have happened. At one point she wasn't able to eat or drink (had to relearn everything), but we were daily on top of it and were blessed with people who were Christians and wanted to do what was best for her, even if they thought that she was "so tired." One guy kept telling my brother that she was "just so tired" when it was time for her to be transferred to a longer term care facility. I wasn't having any of that talk because I knew/know my mom. Determined isn't a strong enough description for her. Look up the book, "Raising Raymie." She wrote that about my brother and our family. She's one strong woman - currently 80 (dad is 87). I'm glad that I'm hers - I refuse to let them control my life, even if I get sick from time to time. I think we are going to have to get our physical environment back to zero (no cell towers, no spraying the skies) before lots of this goes away. Big fight ahead!

I helped save one of my friend’s x and the doctor screamed at him and said, you might as well ventilator since she is going to die anyway!!!! We got her out of there, but she was so weak because they gave her the Remdesivir against her wishes for five days which had done its damage. I do not know how many people "know"...as far as family, only a very few believed me and I was very outspoken. Some are still taking the shots.
A large percentage of humans appear to be brainwashed including hospital staff. But I also think more medical people know and are acting like they don't.

Your post truly sends shivers down my spine, while leaving me angry. At first, I would like to say at going on in our medical and hospital systems. It seems at first where has the ethical and moral side of medicine gone. Yet sadly, I will say that patients needs have been deteriorating for awhile. The pandemic just shone a bright light on these problems.
All patients need to play an active role in their care, whenever possible. If that is not possible they need a family or friend to speak for them. All patients need informed consent to what their wishes are. The medical professionals need to make decisions that are in agreement with the patient.

I think you are underestimating the percentage of people who hate socialism. It has never worked. Human nature doesn't operate in that manner.
I doubt that a large % of ppl hate the concept of democracy in the workplace, which was Marx's idea of socialism. OF COURSE ppl hate the Wall St.-corrupted-"socialism" that screwed up the Russian revolution & which spawned Mao, the Stasi, Pol Pot, & the NAZIs, but those only reflect the "human nature" of plutocrats who want to rule everyone for their own selfish and not-very-nice purposes. I doubt that most ppl hate the concept of countries being run for the direct benefit of their inhabitants.

It amazes me that they just want more and more. Even when I have a few thousand extra (which isn't often these days), I feel like I need to do more, make a difference in a small way. Everything that Gates does is for more money and to perpetuate his agendas. He wants people to see him as a big philanthropist, but he actually then does something like buy a testing company with Soros to profit from what he supposedly was giving freely.
But that's how "charity" works, in the U.S., anyway: those w/ money to burn get to create their own (tax-exempt) "charitable" foundations, which lower their income tax obligations AND fuel their profitable businesses. Mathematically, the way things are set up whatever you have paid in taxes gets eaten up such that all your lifetime payments barely amount to a couple surgical hospital stays.

My mom just had two hospital stays within one week due to AFIB and then a reaction to one of the medications. She is 92, but before this happened we have had nothing that showed her near death even with the AFIB issue. Her dad lived to 100 and mother 97. She had been using her treadmill and glider before this event so absolutely no plans for an imminent death. Most of the doctors wanting the DNR were understanding, but then we had the doctor of death come in and intimidate the crap out of her in front of myself, her POA, and my son and sister. No matter how I tried to defuse her tactics, she literally scared my mom out of her wits! She told her, “you know we break bones with CPR,” then we can ventilate her which wouldn’t even be something necessary and I said no you won’t. She was a maniac. The next day my mom was like she accepted her death and I couldn’t get her out of there fast enough! Now she is walking again and back to her old self. Just trying to gain her strength. I have reported this resident doctor to everyone and luckily my mom’s doctor is training this monster and I told him what happened in the hospital. They asked why we went against AMA. They wanted to put her in a nursing home with PT, yeah right! This killed my 100 year old grandpa in 1999 when he was supposed to get PT after being hospitalized. We caught them neglecting him over and over again as we were vigilant going there everyday. He died with pneumonia in under 3 weeks. After covid, no one in their right mind would put their family in a nursing home unless you have vetted it and will be there constantly. I am caring for her and can guarantee she will not be neglected, abused and will be fed healthy food.
I am so sorry that they did this. I went in for afib not too long ago (out of the blue, might I add) and they asked if I had a DNR and did I want one. I'm not even 60 - I was like, uh... no! I have a pretty young kid! My father-in-law had the same thing happen with the nursing home. Went in to help him get back on his feet just to transfer from the bed to the potty chair and ended up with the foot infection that he had (almost healed) being broken open and back to the original condition within 3 weeks. He CHOSE to die - asked that they (hospital) give him a large dose of morphine for the pain when he had a medical crisis after all of that. I'll NEVER put a family member in a nursing home after all of that happened if it is in my ability in any way.
Thank you, and I can’t understand why they would do that to you either! I am very sorry about what happened to your father-in-law. AFIB is a death sentence, so why the push for DNR’s especially for your age! We were in the process of trying to get my grandfather home and that’s when he came down with pneumonia….why because they would make him lay in his urine until we came in and changed him. Took away his extra blanket and would keep putting on the air conditioner to freeze him out when we said to leave it off over and over. There was no one in the room with him. And the topper was the night they ran out of food for supper and had to go to a grocery store and made peanut butter sandwiches!!!! We did hospice for my grandmother from home and I will not send my mom back into any facility. I will take care of her from home. I have lined up home care to help her get stronger and back me up with what I am doing. Also, check your supplements and add in the heart healthy ones. I pray you never have to deal with AFIB again.
Thank you. Since it seems to be an electrical issue for me, I'll need a doctor who actually cares to find the problem. I don't want to live with medication for the rest of my life that is just sustaining. I have been really active until this happened - hiking, walking, swimming, etc. I'm trying to get back to that. Even if I die during, at least I'll know that they didn't stop me.
I had my mom after an especially nasty dose of the biological weapon in 2021 for 5 months after she was on a vent and actually came home. She's doing wonderful - it was the best time of my life. We enjoyed each immensely. It was no burden. Good luck with all of your stuff. It's hard but lovely to have them.
The cardiologists told us they wanted her to get back on her treadmill and glider! So that was promising to here that from them! I agree with you about living with the medications. These AFIB drugs have so many side effects. My dad had to take some of them for v-tach, so I already knew what could happen with my mom. God bless you for taking great care of your mom! I count these days with them as priceless! Something I can never go back and replace and get back! It really is a miracle your mom survived that especially being ventilated. That sure wasn’t the plan of most hospitals as they wanted their covid $$.

Thank God she was vented before the "remdiscivir" death march! Had it been during, I'm not sure what would have happened. At one point she wasn't able to eat or drink (had to relearn everything), but we were daily on top of it and were blessed with people who were Christians and wanted to do what was best for her, even if they thought that she was "so tired." One guy kept telling my brother that she was "just so tired" when it was time for her to be transferred to a longer term care facility. I wasn't having any of that talk because I knew/know my mom. Determined isn't a strong enough description for her. Look up the book, "Raising Raymie." She wrote that about my brother and our family. She's one strong woman - currently 80 (dad is 87). I'm glad that I'm hers - I refuse to let them control my life, even if I get sick from time to time. I think we are going to have to get our physical environment back to zero (no cell towers, no spraying the skies) before lots of this goes away. Big fight ahead!
Yes, thank God it was before covid! I wondered how she survived, that’s why. They would never have allowed her to survive if they got that far! I helped save one of my friend’s x and the doctor screamed at him and said, you might as well ventilator since she is going to die anyway!!!! We got her out of there, but she was so weak because they gave her the Remdesivir against her wishes for five days which had done its damage. I am so glad you stood up and saw what was happening to your mom!!! So many people don’t do that. I’ll check out the book!!!! I completely agree about our environment. The spraying in our skies is so upsetting and every day I pray to God to stop them! I don’t know what we can do individually. The powers that be are so evil and who knew this has been going on for so many years!
