The FDA told the public they had monitored these injectibles for safety and efficacy. They called them safe and effective. The Pfizer contract calls for safe and effective "vaccines".
So whether we want to look at this in the US as countermeasures or any other things we might call them, the regulatory agencies lied to the American public and yes, they do deserve jail time for it. The "performance" is a type of heinous fraud against our people. I call it treason.
If they knew it was a countermeasure and they had nothing to say about that, they still owed the public the truth about their actual role in this whole thing. Instead they lied and people died. Yes, I do hold them accountable.

The assumed 2nd order effect of such legislative actions - EUA, PREP, etc - concerns speech itself, its legitimacy. If a public official speaks on behalf of these laws' application, speaking basically the institutional/gov't narrative, and injury or death results, then such false speech is also, like the production & dispersing of the dangerous products themselves, freed from any obligation to protect citizens. In effect official speech becomes quasi-fascist, it has vast power to control the public space while having zero responsibility to serve, & protect, civil society.
More often than not, many drugs are not subject to rigorous safety standards. They are approved for distribution and unless there are people dying in plain sight, they are seldom taken out of the markets.
The difference is that mRNA injections work rather quick as far as murdering humans, but many times other big pharma drugs are more subtle and therefore go unnoticed as true killers.

I always thought they would try and legally deny any wrong doing.
