The benefit from this new insult is it reminds everyone that doctors are not the superior heroes we've made them out to be. Whether society tips to totalitarianism or prevails against it, everyone has realized doctors should not be worshiped. Maybe the industry will try harder to redeem itself.
I can't see how the penalties under this legislation could in any way be enforced as totally against other laws that enshrine free speech within the limits allowed under law. I can see captured medical licensing regulatory bodies trying to exercise their power of control but even that will come out in the wash someday with counter charges being laid that could definitely result in jail. As events progress the globalist go fors out themselves at every turn so that the people actually have the names of their enemies that will certainly see justice fall very hard on them in the end game. This legislation is a big threat meant to cow medical practitioners of conscience but really has nothing to back it up unless society absolutely collapses under these tyrannical threats.
It takes many years years to overcome tyrants in the courts. Their strategy is to wear us down with a steady stream of assaults, like Ali's "rope-a-dope." It will work if we remain polite and civil.
