I hope you regain better health. The COVID virus is not fun. Gratefully I didn’t get too sick but RSV was way tougher to kick. I’ve not had COVID again though family members who did get the vaccines have gotten COVID numerous times. It seems to make one more susceptible to reinfection. The thing is, the degree of separation in NZ is quite low. Everyone knows everyone else, within 2-3 degrees of separation, especially outside the biggest cities. The masses will never take the time to read lengthy scientific reports. It’s boring and flipping through Instagram or tiktok is addictive. I believe that our climate is the end result of very complex factors and that it does change over time. The earth isn’t a static object either. It is an abundantly diverse ecosystem that we are still trying to fully comprehend. Science has come a long way and as technology develops to help us measure, track and decipher all the data we learn more. The whole climate change narrative has been rebuked by a number of scientists qualified to do so. There is NO consensus. Yet those who do not subscribe to the preferred, politically correct vision or version of data analysis are ostracized and censored. This take-over of science by politics in the past decade has been very destructive, it is misleading and divisive.

I believe that our climate is the end result of very complex factors and that it does change over time. The earth isn’t a static object either. It is an abundantly diverse ecosystem that we are still trying to fully comprehend. Science has come a long way and as technology develops to help us measure, track and decipher all the data we learn more. The whole climate change narrative has been rebuked by a number of scientists qualified to do so. There is NO consensus. Yet those who do not subscribe to the preferred, politically correct vision or version of data analysis are ostracized and censored. This take-over of science by politics in the past decade has been very destructive, it is misleading and divisive.
