What bothers me most regarding disabilities, is I have 3 physical and 1 mental, let me rephrase...I have 3 metal replacements, from a car accident. I had a stroke from mold and fungus, due to neglect from my state and a landlord who was and apparently is still neglect.
The car accident, my lawyer, Roy Curnow, was a (not a nice man, for lack of more obscene words) jerk to me still is to this day and I have him recorded, claiming I was stupid. The judge awarded me a heck of a lot more money and the bastard is still greedy.
FEMA neglected my disabilities in 2013, putting me on a fema intake list for housing, no one notified me I was not on housing and NJ list closed. I am being taken advantage of by my state, and the disability laws are archaic and Murphy turn down a massive housing project in 2022 for the disabled. NJ sucks for disability. If you are not on nj state Medicaid, the local gov, does not recognize you are disabled, even though in 2013, I was put on RSDI. Which simply means the corp that I got into a car accident with, State Farm, decided for me that at 45, I was retired and totally disabled. Am I? Independently, yes.
To them, the lawyers, judge, doctors on Substack, you all have no idea the shame I have had to go through with no support from my doctors or my state. I am going on my 3rd round of replacements in 10 years, as stated no proper housing, I been beat up, assaulted, slept in my car, and I have no family, state services giving away what I need to a family who could work illegally, taking advantage of me more, as my state looks down on you if you don’t work, it’s like you are a burden to the state. The flip side is I pay 300$ a month for health coverage, I don’t use Medicaid. So the state assumes that since I can pay for my own bc/bs plan, I must have money. Noooo, I sacrifice to receive good healthcare. But that does not mean I have to sacrifice my health, due to poor living conditions in nj. Now, after covid, I stockpiled as, I do not trust one single doctor in the state that will help me. I had a PA try to put me on antidepressants without screening me or even seeing if I could take them. I can’t. I have high anxiety. And I had a test done with blood and what antidepressants I could take and, of course, there were none...I am not depressed, I am pissed. Difference. I got her license revoked, sent in a recording for her demanding she change my meds. I said you are just a pa, you have no idea what I have been through. If you change my meds now I will have license revoked, and I did.
What is the “who” going to do? What are doctors going to do for the disabled. And to read in 2021, we get 5 pages of bologna from the un stating they want to be more inclusive with our health, I say F-OFF really loud. I have been an experiment for docs as a child and they think they can when I am an adult? Fight for us, you all! Fight for us who are able to still drive, walk, ok, talking stinks, but apparently my brain is still working. Lol... and what makes me even more upset if we keep going with all this confusion and no plan, we are going to have more crippling mental health numbers than ever before, as, people can’t handle their crap anymore.
SOME OF US HAVE VERY STRONG CONSTITUTIONS. THE WILL TO LIVE. I was told by the docs at the hospital for special surgery to my annuity company I have until the age 59 and a half to live. I am now, 55 and pretty healthy. I will beat the odds. I have been sepsis 7 times. And I am still here to talk about it.
Only with the total support of the medium of TV news could the obfuscation of such obviously fraudulent definitions of this "killer plague virus" be accepted by the consumers of official claptrap. Most sentient human beings would have rejected this whole scam right from the first report if there had been a transparent disclosure of the whole story.
Of course, if all humans of at least average intelligence had kept even a little of their native skepticism during their formative years, such a fraud wouldn't have been accepted at all, but "public education" is geared toward eliminating a human being's natural skepticism that makes discernment a natural part of learning.
It's a little maddening to witness the gyrations most people put their thinking processes through in order to accept what their overlords want them to believe. Those gyrations are taught along with the education that most people receive.
