Given that medical records are electronic.
Given that there have been bar codes on vaccines (now RFID) for decades so that the Lot & Serial number can be tracked to precise locations and exact recipients I deduced that there had to be plans to use the A.I. to scan medical records, hospital and ER admissions for the signs of a successful Project Paperclip experiment where any lot or a single serial number within that lot could be adjusted in a unique and/or stepwise fashion to test what the outcome was of Serial poisoning of any given population.
This idea was spurred by the technique in genetic research called Knock Outs where they will take a lab rodent (Place your face here:_____________) then destroy a particular gene and then see what happens. If the animal dies then that is still considered a success because it tells the Mengele that the organism cannot live without that sequence. If it creates a disease, then my other suspicion was that the diseases that have people's names on them were probably a reward for CREATING THEM.
What this statistical analysis does is confirm my suspicion that there was no random variation in what they deployed UNDER A MILITARY GENERAL if you remember the origins of Operation Warped Speed Junkies. This is merely the loving culmination of the USSA, Nippon and Not See collaboration to use uninformed, non consenting (to a degree) lab rats to explore how to damage the human genome, create disease with the added benefit of culling the ones that didn't survive the xenograft.
Nuremburg was a sham. Nothing happened there. This is why Project Paperclip exists as what people falsely call Western Medicine.
There could still be lot variability and limited control over distribution. In that case, those at the top and knowledgeable would simply get a falsified record. Keep in mind that the Rockefeller Commission report on the CIA in 1975 acknowledged that the CIA conducted covert drug studies on its fellow agents. Biological warfare scientist Frank Olson was covertly dosed with LSD by his colleague Sidney Gottlieb (head of the CIA's MKUltra program) and, nine days later, plunged to his death from the window of the Hotel Statler in New York.
