Does anyone know if a troponin test would reveal heart damage if the person was vaccinated a year or more ago? My internet understanding is that troponin may only be elevated for two weeks after the damage occurs. I have a vaxxed friend who wants to check his heart for damage and I'm not sure if there is any point to getting troponin levels checked or not.
I would advise her to seek out a Functional Medicine Provider and ask if they are willing to order a BNP (B- type natriuretic peptide) test for any inflammation as well as a D-Dimer to test for presence of micro-clotting.
Most conventional allopathic providers have this nasty aversion to order potentially DX confirming lab work which is why I suggest your friend seek out Functional Medicine. Specifically those that are IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine) certified.
