3. If you create the ArtWork for yourself to advertise yourself:
--You are the owner. When you own the ArtWork, you are the one who must set aside the “reward money” to exchange by the expiration date. The Owner must give ArtWork away as a gift to the community economy.
--You may take the cost of ArtWork off your income for advertising.
4. The Owner of the ArtWork must give/gift it away during the time period.
Once again, the groundwork for this was laid years and decades ago.
In my country there have been efforts to demonise cash for many years. Only the 'Black Economy' needs cash, you see. You aren't part of the Black Economy are you? Paying cash for that used car or Crock Pot to avoid being scammed. The 4 major banks have massively reduced their branches and cash dispensers around the country. Just today I read a comment from someone who tried to withdraw their own cash for their own business, literally. The bank refused. The sum was ~$10k only.
