I took American Indian History in a college class 35 years ago, while working. What an amazing teacher I had! She went somewhere else when she taught this class-nothing like teachers today! I’m 60 in a month, and I’ll never forget her. She must have been an Indian in her past life-lol! I could have gotten the truth all day in her class.
When your employer orders/mandates you to get injected with an experimental substance which you believe could be more harmful than beneficial (according to the precautionary principle), don’t comply. Find a good lawyer and begin a civil lawsuit. Suing one’s employer and one’s government is the American way.
In principle, I agree. In 2020 my employer coerced and tried to force me to be injected over and over. I kept writing and saying - This is illegal. You can't do this. During that time, I documented everything and searched for an attorney. No one would take my case though I had a good one and as said, well documented. Even supposed civil liberty law firms would not touch it with the proverbial ten foot pole, so...Also, it was going to take mighty deep pockets.
Maybe things have changed now, IDK. All I know is after much effort at trying to find justice through the court system, I lost my job and ended with a negative employee record.
That sucks that the lawyers you had access to were already totally co-opted by the medical-pharmaceutical-industrial-complex. Or corrupted by money, believing that fighting for your right to bodily autonomy want going to pay out much.
I’ll have to revise the practicality of suing one’s employer and one’s government, based on your direct experiences.

I think most were so frightened of what the government would do to them if they took my case they refused. Lawyers depend on government licensing to practice law, so they are beholden. Hospitals and other institutions as well.

I was lucky during the lockdowns and the push for get jabbed or lose your job. I was already retired. The crap that they put us through with the masks and the social distancing in order to purchase groceries was annoying, but where I was living at the time was pretty rural.
I suspect that some states here in the US won’t make its citizens go through that again, and other states will become just as fascist again and try to be more so.
I’m not optimistic about living in Michigan this second go around, but I’m in a rural area again. Better than a city or a suburb of a metropolitan area.

I am in an area that didn't have any government mask and injection garbage. There was an employer or two that evidently required the injections and/or muzzles. I think that went away pretty quick. The dentist and optometrist had a muzzle requirement - the only two places I ever wore a muzzle. I felt ridiculous and de humanized. I had read about the mask effects during the 1918 flu epidemic (or whatever it was) people died from bacterial pneumonia from wearing the muzzle. I read on the box the blue plastic masks don't protect anyone for what people were wearing them for. From that alone my conclusion was this whole thing is a fraud and a lie.
Wearing the mask for the brief time I did didn't feel healthy or good. I was amazed that people put up with muzzling themselves for long stretches of time. Only seeing eyes was strange and dystopian. To paraphrase Jeff Cooper, a man in a mask is up to no good.

I worked for a Native American government in 2020. I listened as citizens were called and read a "consent" form over the phone and appointments were set to vaxx. The "consent" was as follows : The patient is consenting of their own free will to be vaxxed and holds no one who injects them or administers the injections responsible for any and all outcomes. The "consent' form was much longer than what I wrote above and much more complex in language.
There was no discussion of ingredients or side effects. Legally, they didn't have to say anything about the ingredients since not discussing them indemnified the administers as long as the patient consented. You can consent to have anything injected into you.
Each patient who "consented" was told they would have to sign this agreement and they did.
I think it's time we moved on from the Nuremberg argument or the health professionals are responsible argument since both are legally moot.
That's why no medical college or professional organization is talking about it.

If licensed medical professionals, whether agreeable to get injected or not, would have stood up for the ethical principles required for licensed medical professionals (informed consent, bodily autonomy, right to refuse treatment and do not harm) it would have stopped the first time. I left clinical practice due to the lack of ethics and fraud. I no longer carry health insurance and private pay my non-corporate MD. I trust no health care or MDs,RNs working for them. They owe a duty to the patient not the employer, but most don’t even know that anymore.

It’s not possible to give voluntary informed consent under a mandate.
People injected under coercion are not giving valid consent.
Turn the spotlight on the people who are actually administering the injections - they should not be vaccinating people who are under duress to submit to the medical intervention.
It’s astonishing this is not receiving attention - focus on the people who are inserting the needle and contents, this is battery without valid consent.
They should not be doing this, they should say “We cannot vaccinate under mandates, under coercion, this is not legally or ethically valid consent”.
What happens when the penny drops on this and it’s realised valid consent has not been obtained?Why have the medical colleges and professional organisations failed to call this out?

"Informed consent" is impossible anyway Elizabeth: There is NO safety data for these injections. Every time an injection of this filth happens, a Crime Against Humanity has been committed which under the original Nuremberg Code carried the death penalty.
I worked for a Native American government in 2020. I listened as citizens were called and read a "consent" form over the phone and appointments were set to vaxx. The "consent" was as follows : The patient is consenting of their own free will to be vaxxed and holds no one who injects them or administers the injections responsible for any and all outcomes. The "consent' form was much longer than what I wrote above and much more complex in language.
There was no discussion of ingredients or side effects. Legally, they didn't have to say anything about the ingredients since not discussing them indemnified the administers as long as the patient consented. You can consent to have anything injected into you.
Each patient who "consented" was told they would have to sign this agreement and they did.
I think it's time we moved on from the Nuremberg argument or the health professionals are responsible argument since both are legally moot.
That's why no medical college or professional organization is talking about it.
They covered their butts and now a new strategy is needed.
