I don't think we should fall for being afraid of buildings. We have been taught from the gov that buildings stand and building fall. Sometimes it just takes a hologram.
I am wondering about something. The C40 cities and 15-minute cities are essentially ideas imposed the United Nations, the World Health Organization and the World Economic Forum. These organizations are not our government. What is the political, social and legal recourse for people that are plain feed up with the garbage.

There is a group in Ontario (from Peterborough I think) who has successfully pushed back their mayor and council and have expanded and offered support to other communities - their substack is Gather 2030.
