In 2021 I contracted a Certified Industrial Hygienist to measure the amount of carbon dioxide a person was breathing over an 8 hour period while wearing a surgical mask. The samples were collected and analyzed by a certified lab. Strict chain-of-custody procedures were followed. The results were shocking. We measured levels of carbon dioxide that were two times over the OSHA exposure limit. That caused us to do a literature search. In 2012 the CDC sponsored a study where they measured carbon dioxide levels inside an N95 mask that were up to 7 times over the OSHA exposure limit.

Never went for the mask scam. Common sense told me that it was like sand through a shopping cart and rebreathing carbon dioxide was not good for your health. Masks have been my pet peeve all along. It just drives me crazy seeing people still wear them, especially outside. How stupid can people be?
