"Yet most people still wonder...": This particular person (me) wonders what any of this has to do with "health" or with anything that truly matters. That it has connections to sorcery and idolatry, however, is clear.

Yes, we are in danger from every direction, but we are not going to save ourselves. We don't possess that ability. I see a list of things to do here, under "How to navigate the digital health ecosystem safely", but nothing there offers any real hope. Then there's ftwproject.com (Fix the World). Get their nanotech-detox bundle for ONLY $410, and be sure to read "WHAT ORGONE ENERGY AND SHUNGITE CAN DO FOR YOU!". How's that for hope?

I give the author credit, however, for mentioning out loud the incredibly massive, record breaking personal data theft that was accomplished through "DOGE". I think mentioning it might be a first from the sources that I follow.

Our only hope is Jesus. This is not some trite saying, and this hope is not represented well by the tradition-bound institutional churches, obsessed with maintaining control over their congregants. The true Way does not promise escape from danger and suffering but rather presents suffering as the path to spiritual maturity. Thankfully, some of these churches do mention that. Beware especially of the ones that don't!

Put your hope where it matters, pray for understanding, seek the Lord.
