Psychopath does not mean 'evil'. It refers to a genetically determined inability to process emotions such as empathy or fear, and there is some valid reasoning from evolutionary psychologists for a small percentage to have that personality trait (fearless explorer or leader in times of external threat). A more accurate term would be 'Cluster B antisocial personality types' (dark-triads), or 'sociopaths' (literally ... destructive of society).
