I can give some limited insight to the J&J product. It’s built on a viral vector DNA formulation (so whole DNA, not messenger nor modified RNA). It’s been reported to be initially “harsh” on the body due to the “stabilizers, salts, and other ingredients” used. The J&J seems to be mostly adversely known for blood clots… but since it’s a genetic formulation, how a person reacts depends on their own genetic constitution.

Their recommendation was to stay away from the J&J, and they didn’t know much about the mRNA products (said those were kind of a black box), but they recommended the NovaVax. NovaVax had a very cool approach (using moth DNA), but regulators stalled its release for over a year. When it finally launched, they slapped a myocarditis label on it and it was toast. By that time we knew it was all garbage. We also knew due to the EUA label, they were changing formulations and who knows what was really in what 🤷♂️

Buddy had a stroke post J&J.
Had two friends who thought the same about the J&J who knew the shots were dangerous, but had to take it to keep their jobs.
One died in his sleep a few days later and the other collapsed in the parking lot and spent three days in hospital and luckily lived.
I would say none of these shots are safe based on my personal experience.
