My understanding is that you are not supposed to interpret. That would involve critical thinking. You are supposed to react, emotionally, in a predictable way. The host in that video creates a mental and emotional environment for you that can exert influence through all sorts of tricks.
I began learning to recognize and deflect them years ago by identifying claims being made in TV commercials, examining them, and calling out and enumerating the lies that were being told. I also looked more closely at who was sponsoring what, and how it was influencing the content of the programs.
This is not some new thing. It has been a science for a long time now and people have been manipulated this way even before that for centuries, particularly using "media". Video works great for it, but newspapers and radio worked well too.

I don't know what she knows, and I couldn't find any examples in the (full) video of what she saw but I have seen others elsewhere. What I found in this video was television, streamed instead of broadcast but "programmed" to attempt to program ME in a variety of ways that don't work because I can clearly see what the programmers are up to.
When I was studying for my computer science degree I also worked at the university as an electronics technician. I worked with, repaired, and made (printed) circuit boards, and I have yet to see a micrograph of something even faintly resembling that, let alone one that could function in that environment. And as a developer I have created embedded operating systems, but I'll abstain from commenting on Fitts. Words do have meaning, whatever those seeking to confuse and deceive might claim.
On the other hand, I have heard from people working in fields that enable them to recognize what some of this stuff is, and they either identify it or make reasonable estimations. But that evidence argues against what we are being programmed to believe, and we don't hear from such people very often. I know well what a tapeout is, what it is like to be involved in one, working with circuit and layout designers, and what it is like to clean up afterward. Fond memories.
Now. What does this have to do with what Mihalcea says in her article? She begins with a photo of what she calls a "vaccine". To me it looks like a labeled syringe, possibly terminating in a sharps cover, but it's not something I work with. I suppose this is to set the mood. Then we progress to the videos and then the still micrographs. This looks like some kind of crystalline junk (resulting from the specimens being allowed to warm up?) and other debris (including leftover garbage from manufacturing), but again it's not something I work with. And by the way, I have seen this "evidence" of hers previously, and that is what I was going by in my original reply.
Then, for the big reveal, she says "You can see here microchips in comparison and their layout of the integrated circuitry board. It is the same as what I am showing here."
