I have seen even more harrowing evidence including from people performing these operations who state that anaesthesia is NOT used because the person is judged to be 'dead.' The definition of death was changed when transplants became viable, to 'brain dead' to allow transplants to happen.
Dead'people have been known to 'wake up' in agony during the transplants. They are not given painkillers because that would reduce the quality of the organs.
Pregnant ladies being kept alive, supposedly to allow the child to be born, therefore the lady MUST be alive in order to gestate the child, but classified as dead so that her organs can be taken as soon as the child is delivered. Dead women cannot gestate babies. The gaslighting is extreme.
Or, as some hospitals in the US seem to do, just slip a little extra fentanyl into the iv. Or maybe a couple covid shots. THEN talk with the family about palliative care. If they say no, then they'll see later that you've "proven" your point. Remember when hospitals were about healing and health? Now it's about money, and that's all. The best hospital employees are those who take orders with zero morality.

Living in atheist Canada that is becoming the Euthanasia capital of the world (if not already), euphemistically referred to as “maid”, is offered to anyone who wants to die or not. The latter are generally people who have fallen on difficult circumstances and turn to maid as a desperate last resort when no help is forthcoming.
Although not much information is forthcoming to the public, concerned people can subscribe to ‘Euthanasia Prevention Coalition ‘, relevant articles and connections are international. I know that doctors who are interested in killing can attend ‘how to’ courses. I have a medical friend who offers ‘Maid’. We do not discuss it. I carry a card in my wallet that reads DO NOT KILL ME - I Oppose Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide.
I want to verify what has been written in another article about brain death. IMO, It is a lie used to manipulate people into permitting the harvesting of a loved one’s organs, the younger the better.
Years ago when this was not public awareness as it is today, I watched a video where a young man sustained a serious head injury in a collision. His parents were called and told their son was brain dead, and suggested how magnanimous it would be for them to donate his organs. In their shock and grief they consented. He was rolled into surgery, given anaesthetic and his organs were removed. By then of course he was dead. The organ donation cool-box was standing ready to be whisked away.
THAT IS HOW IT IS DONE. There is a Pandora’s Box of methods, manipulations and lies to facilitate this travesty. Be aware.
Pardon me as I interject here that I am so full of rejoicing that our hero Dr Yeadon has reconnected to the divine and I'm hoping that this means he has called on the Lord Jesus as his savior! Regardless, he is definitely divinely appointed by God. God bless him richly!

I studied this many years ago. The ones behind this atrocity are Harvard University and the medical establishment. When the law was passed to allow this, the anesthesiolgy assocation fought it. THEY KNEW. But they were overriden. The only way to ensure total death is NOT brain death. That only refers to the lowere brain functions, the things that don’t respond to their silly little tricks. Higher brain functions can only be detected with an EEG. The anesthesiologists wanted to make it a law that that would be used. They were smashed down. The system makes so much money doing this, they do not care of the patient is dead or alive. They want the organs. ALL of them, including skin. There is really little left when they’re done. My opinion is that the entire recycling scheme was just prep for this. Load on the guilt. Do YOU want your organs wasted? Damn right. My everything, ME, includes all of me.
It gets worse. The docs can override your advanced directive and your family’s preferences. At least in the US. Only way to ensure you’re actually dead is at least 30 minutes of ZERO heart beats. Do not die in a hospital.

There have definitely been red flags for a considerable time.
This all ties into the abortion racket, with some horrific outcomes.
