I think definitely older people that were considered “high risk” solely because of their ages let alone those who already had health issues prior regardless of whether they were famous or not got the jabs because they actually did believe in the official narrative being pushed.

He had Parkinson’s disease which means he was in poor health already. Hard to know for sure if he did get a real shot or not. If he did, I believe that yes, that could have easily tips the scale more towards his death. I believe this is the reason they wanted to give the shots to unhealthy people. Harder to blame the shot as to someone's ill health if they had health issues before the shot and creeps them further to the pearly gates. As Ebenezer Scrooge famously talked about, helps to "decrease the surplus population".
