Report: Biden Weighing Use of State Department Grants to Afford Ukraine Aid
A critical feature of the US government is the balance of powers. A major part of Congress, known as the legislative branch, is deciding what does, and does not, get funded.
The Biden administration is considering using a State Department grant to send aid to Ukraine after the president's funding request failed to get through Congress as part of the stopgap bill that temporarily averted a partial government shutdown.

President Vladimir Putin just floated the most interesting - and let's say, colorful - theory to date on why Yevgeny Prigozhin's plane went down outside Moscow on August 23. While much of Western reporting and even Russian media itself have described the Wagner chief's death as due to either an anti-air missile or a planted bomb being detonated, Putin told an annual meeting of the Valdai Club in Sochi on Thursday that Prigozhin and his men likely got drunk or possibly high, and were playing with grenades.

The US military's recruiting struggles have been no secret, having been reported widely for years, at a moment Washington hawks look for "new enemies" following two decades of the so-called global war on terror (GWOT) and the deeply unpopular 'forever wars' Iraq and Afghanistan.
On Thursday The Wall Street Journal has learned that the Pentagon is set to significantly cut its fighting force among special operations units. But the controversial plan is already receiving significant pushback among top brass overseeing special warfare and training of foreign allied forces.

The collapse in Treasury bonds now ranks among the worst market crashes in history
The bond-market sell-off that's sending yields soaring is starting to eclipse some of the most extreme market meltdowns of past eras.
Bloomberg reported losses on Treasury bond with maturities of 10 years or more had notched 46% since March 2020, while the 30-year bond had plunged 53%.
Those losses are nearly in line with stock-market losses seen during the worst crashes of recent history — when equities slumped 49% after the dot-com bubble burst and 57% in the aftermath of 2008.
Macleod: Unwinding The Financial System
This article looks at the collateral side of financial transactions and some significant problems which are already emerging.
At a time when there is a veritable tsunami of dollar credit in foreign hands overhanging markets, it is obvious that continually falling bond prices will ensure bear markets in all financial asset values leading to dollar liquidation. This unwinding corrects an accumulation of foreign-owned dollars and dollar denominated assets since the Second World War both in and outside the US financial system.
New data reveals a crash not seen since Great Depression could hit in 2024
If the White House and Congress don't cut spending soon, the results could be catastrophic
As the White House continues to tout the alleged achievements of the president’s "Bidenomics" agenda, a growing amount of data indicates that a gigantic economic crisis could be right around the corner.
Most disturbingly, one important economic indicator that’s currently flashing hasn’t appeared since the 1930s, during the height of the Great Depression. If the White House and Congress do not cut inflation-causing government spending soon, the results could be catastrophic.

HIV/AIDS was the Prequel to the COVID-19 Pseudopandemic
The COVID-19 pseudopandemic and the AIDS scam have many similarities and some of the same actors have been involved in both dramas. There have been many deaths falsely attributed to both of these non-existent viruses. There has been widespread silencing of critics of the orthodoxy, regardless of credentials. Families and friendships have been split apart over questioning the official dogma. Many millions of people have lost jobs and livelihoods across a wide spectrum of different professions and careers.

CHILDREN BEING TAKEN: Horrific video reveals U.S. government is actively facilitating a HUGE child trafficking ring across America
A disturbing expose shows how the U.S. federal government is supporting the world’s biggest child trafficking ring with a steady stream of migrant children.
Muckraker released a video on X showing unsettling footage of young children being placed in large vans with tinted windows as their shady escorts hid their name badges and instructed them not to speak to reporters. Unfortunately, these children's fate is a big mystery, and there are thousands more just like them who disappear in the U.S. on a regular basis.

Congratulation Czar Putin, you've invented a weapon the US perfected and cancelled in 1964. It was called the "Crowbar," so simple was its construction, but, it has one characteristic seemingly desired by all dictators now, it didn't even have to drop nuclear weapons. It roasted chickens (and everything else) in the barnyard by simply flying by.
Easy to see why it was canceled then, now that is a plus.
