US Warplanes Conduct Major Strikes On 'Iranian Proxies' In Syria

Update(22:25ET): In the overnight and early morning hours in Syria (local time), US forces carried out airstrikes on what it said are Iran-linked militants and installations in eastern Syria. Multiple targets have been hit. 

According to a statement by Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, "Today, at President Biden’s direction, U.S. military forces conducted self-defense strikes on two facilities in eastern Syria used by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and affiliated groups." The attacks were reportedly done by US warplanes, likely operating out of either the Gulf or Mediterranean areas where new US naval assets have recently been positioned, keeping a watch on fast moving events in Gaza. Fox issued the following breaking detail: 

F-16s and F-15s were used to strike targets in Syria earlier tonight in retaliation for the attacks on US troops in the region.

Netanyahu addresses looming incursion; Germany pledges EU support for Israel

1) Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asserts Israel’s ground incursion will occur at a moment of Jerusalem’s ‘War Cabinet’ choosing. 2) Germany asserts that Europe will remain steadfast in support of the State of Israel. 3) The U.S. House of Representatives passes a resolution supporting Israel – the first action by newly elected Speaker Mike Johnson.

Hamas spox storms out of interview after being asked about massacre of civilians

Of the over 1,400 people killed by Hamas terrorists, at least 800 were civilians.

Hamas spokesperson Ghazi Hamad stormed out of an interview with the BBC on Thursday after he was asked about the terrorist group’s massacre of civilians in Israel on October 7.

During the interview, Hamad reiterated claims made starting a few days after the massacre that Hamas did not intend to kill any civilians during its assault.

Hamas Terrorists Found with Instructions to Decapitate Jews and Remove Hearts, Livers

Hamas terrorists were urged to decapitate and remove the hearts and livers of their Jewish victims during their raid on Israel, as detailed in a handwritten note found at the scene of the horrific attack.

The note contains words of encouragement from Hamas commanders declaring the religious importance of massacring Jews wherever they are found.

It further draws lessons from historical Muslim leaders who massacred men, sold women and children into slavery and decimated cities across the Judeo Christian world.

The NYPD is warning Jews to avoid Brooklyn

Report: Rockefeller Brothers Fund has provided over $3.4M to Hamas and other alleged terror groups since 2018

The Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF) portrays itself as a philanthropic foundation that seeks to "contribute to a more just, sustainable and peaceful world." But a recent report revealed that it has contributed more than $3.4 million to Hamas and other terrorist groups since 2018.

Andrew Kerr of the Washington Free Beacon expounded on this matter, naming several groups who benefited from RBF money. One such group is Defense for Children International-Palestine (DCI Palestine), an extension of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).

The US will “not be spared from this fire” if Israel’s “genocide” against the Palestinian people continues, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian told the UN General Assembly in New York on Thursday. 

“I say frankly to the American statesmen and military forces who are now managing the genocide in Palestine, that we do not welcome the expansion of the war in this region,” Amir-Abdollahian said in his address.

"China will continue to firmly support Iran in safeguarding its national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national dignity, and will strongly oppose any external forces interfering in Iran's internal affairs."

Civilian captives could be transferred to Iran with Turkish and Qatari help, according to media reports

The Palestinian militant group Hamas is willing to release non-combatants it has held captive since October 7, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian revealed on Thursday.

“According to our negotiations, Hamas is ready to release civilian prisoners,” Amir-Abdollahian told the UN General Assembly, as cited by The National, an UAE-based outlet.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is facing a drastic drop in approval ratings, according to a survey commissioned by the International Republican Institute (IRI) and funded by USAID.

Only 42% of Ukrainians “strongly approve” of the president, while 40% “somewhat approve,” the poll published this week has shown. Those figures were 58% and 33%, respectively, in the poll conducted in April.

US begins training Ukrainian pilots

Washington’s envoy in Kiev has confirmed the F-16 lessons are underway in Arizona

The Arizona Air National Guard has started training pilots from Ukraine to fly F-16 fighter jets, US ambassador to Kiev Bridget Brink said on Thursday. Meanwhile, the Pentagon announced it would send another $150 million worth of weapons and equipment to the country.

Brink called the training “an essential part of building Ukraine’s air defense” and said the US was “proud” to work with “European partners” to support Kiev.

South China Sea: Biden says US will defend the Philippines if China attacks

US President Joe Biden has warned China that the US will defend the Philippines in case of any attack in the disputed South China Sea.

The comments come days after two collisions between Filipino and Chinese vessels in the contested waters. Mr Biden reiterated his "ironclad" defence commitment to the Philippines.

Manila has contested Chinese claims to the waters, cutting floating barriers and inviting media to film what it calls Beijing's dangerous moves at sea.
