The Iran-backed Houthis of Yemen vowed on Sunday to continue targeting British ships in the Gulf of Aden following the sinking of the UK-owned vessel Rubymar. The US military confirmed on Saturday that the Rubymar — a cargo ship flying a Belizean flag and operated by a Lebanese firm — had sunk after being struck by an anti-ship ballistic missile fired by Houthis on February 18.

Harris called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and urged Hamas to accept a deal to release hostages in return for a 6-week cessation of hostilities.
US Vice President Kamala Harris bluntly called out Israel on Sunday for not doing enough to ease a "humanitarian catastrophe" in Gaza as the Biden administration faces increasing pressure to rein in its close ally while it wages war with Hamas terrorists. Harris, speaking in front of the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama, where state troopers beat US civil rights marchers nearly six decades ago, called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and urged Hamas to accept a deal to release hostages in return for a 6-week cessation of hostilities.
Israel said to boycott Cairo ceasefire talks over hostage list
In past negotiations, Hamas has sought to avoid discussing the well-being of individual hostages until after terms for their release are set.
Israel boycotted Gaza ceasefire talks in Cairo on Sunday after Hamas rejected its demand for a complete list naming hostages that are still alive, according to reports. A Hamas delegation arrived in Cairo for the talks, billed as a possible final hurdle before an agreement that would halt the fighting for six weeks and allow for the release of additional hostages out of the remaining 134 captives in Gaza…A US official who had briefed reporters on Saturday night said that the agreement was a very complex one.

Israel’s military operation in Gaza has deprived Hamas of its revenues from tax funds, leading to a need for foreign funding, including from charities.
Hamas collects about $100 million a year from Iran and roughly $600 million a year in taxes in Gaza, The Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday. The report noted that Israel’s military operation in Gaza has deprived Hamas of the tax funds, its biggest source of funding and as a result, foreign funding, including from charities, is now critical for the group, Western officials said.

Ukraine Gets Defense Boost from Israel
Israel will provide Ukraine with an early warning system against missiles as part of an aid package for Kyiv, as it condemned aggression from Russia
Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, told the General Assembly on Monday that his country had provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine since the start of Vladimir Putin's full-scale invasion because it was "the moral thing to do." Comparing Russia's actions in Ukraine to the militant Hamas group's attacks on Israel on October 7, Erdan said his country knows "exactly how it feels to be aggressively invaded, (and) to have our towns and cities attacked" as he took aim at the "paralyzed" UN for not condemning the massacre that preceded the war in Gaza.

German Defense Minister on Leak: Discussing Scenarios Does Not Mean Giving Taurus Missiles to Kiev
MOSCOW (Sputnik) - German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said on Sunday that an audio recording published by Russian media showed German senior officers discussing "different scenarios" of events, not plans, and their conversation does not mean a "green light" to transferring Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine.
"The officers were doing what they were here to do: they were thinking about different scenarios, without making plans in any way. There should be no doubt: this did not and does not mean a green light for the use of Taurus missiles — neither from [German] Chancellor [Olaf Scholz] nor from me," Pistorius said during a special address on the published audio recording.
Germany expecting war? Healthcare must be ready
German Health Minister Karl Lauterbach said that German healthcare must be better prepared for all challenges, including military conflicts.
"It would be stupid to say that we are not preparing for a military conflict and then casually think that it will not happen because of that," Lauterbach said in an interview with the Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung.
He responded to a journalist's question as to whether his statement that German health care must be better prepared for all disasters, including military conflicts, was spreading panic, reports DW. Before that, the social democratic politician said that the German health system "besides pandemics, must also prepare better for major disasters and possible military conflicts".

Politicians have also been informed that the Israel-Hamas war has been used as a “recruitment advert” by terror groups around the world.
Trudeau Scraps Event With Italy's Meloni After Pro-Palestinian Protesters Block Venue Entrance
The Canadian government and the Trudeau administration apparently cowered in the face of a sizable group of protesters angry at the soaring death toll in Gaza and Canada's pro-Israel policies on Saturday.
Typically heads of state, top government officials, and their schedules and access to high-secure venues take precedence, but apparently in this situation the pro-Palestinian protesters were allowed to 'win'. "A reception meant to cap off a day of meetings between Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his Italian counterpart was abruptly cancelled on Saturday after protesters blocked entrances to the venue and kept key figures, including the guests of honor, from getting in," a Canadian national broadcaster reported.

Immigration is NOT a Fundamental Right
This post will explain why neither immigration nor entry into a country is a fundamental right, which is defined here for reference.
A person claiming a fundamental right to enter any country or nation, especially if everybody claims this right, would force the country being entered to accept and to admit the person claiming the right. However, if the country doesn’t desire or voluntarily accept the entry, then the claimed right to entry would force the country being entered to accept the entry against its will, violating the key criterion of a fundamental right. Therefore, entry into a country or nation cannot validly be claimed as a fundamental right.
Just Ahead: Deep Fakes And Shallow Reality
You’ve probably already seen deep fake videos portraying events that never happened in feeds from the wars in Gaza and Ukraine. The videos are so realistic that neither you nor I can tell that they’re fake.
In fact, you can now watch a video, clear as a bell, of a person who is no longer alive. That person can be with you, on screen, talking to you, interacting with you as well. Soon enough, that person will be standing in the room with you. Yes, hologram technology has come a long way. For the past few years, there have been hologram concerts with dead performers appearing on stage before thousands of people, singing their best songs—from the grave. It’s really taking off.

NY attorney general sues world’s largest beef producer over methane emissions, climate commitments
New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing JBS USA, the world’s largest producer of beef, over the company’s emissions and for “greenwashing” by allegedly misleading the public about its environmental impact.
In an announcement, James noted that beef production has the largest greenhouse gas footprint of any major food commodity and that animal agriculture accounts for 14.5% of global greenhouse gas emissions. According to James, JBS USA’s various net-zero pledges for 2030 and 2040 are therefore misleading and “not feasible” given the scope of its worldwide beef production operations.

Canada has produced more "hate science" to justify their pandemic laws. The same author who produced the study targeting the unvaccinated has released a new study to justify mask mandates. It's just as flimsy as ever and data scientist Regina Watteel joins us to try to understand it.
The squeeze , day after day , something new . Please Lord , hear our prayers. 🙏
They simply cannot abandon their devotion to masks. I knew it when I saw them coming in Feb 2020; I hate it when I'm right.
