Was watching the doppler radar on June 6, the day of the tropical storm Chantel. As the storm approached the coast, you could see how the HAARP beams were adding moisture from the Atlantic, meanwhile trying to hit the storm just on the edge of the rainfall with a beam to increase rotation of the storm. This is also how they manipulated the hurricanes in Florida last year. Daily, you see a lot of HAARP beams in the Gulf of Amerika trying to add moisture. On June 6th, there were more HAARP beams than I had ever seen before.
