First Republic Bank execs quietly sold $12M in stock BEFORE SVB crash: Chairman sold $4.5m, chief credit officer sold $2.5m in trades ending just two days before crash - and head of wealth management sold 73% of his shares worth $3.5m in January
First Republic Bank executives quietly sold nearly $12 million worth of its stock in just the past three months, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Executive Chairman James Herbert II sold the most of any of the other insiders, off-loading a whopping $4.5 million worth of shares since the start of the year.
In all, four of the struggling bank's top executives sold $11.8 million worth of stock so far this year, at prices averaging just below $130 a share, the Journal found.

The US military sent another unmanned aerial vehicle, an MQ-9 Reaper drone - the same model as the one that crashed in the Black Sea on Tuesday - shortly after the incident, US media has reported.

CDC Bought Phone Data To Monitor Americans' Compliance With Lockdowns, Contracts Show
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) purchased data from tracking companies to monitor compliance with lockdowns, according to contracts with the firms. The CDC paid one firm $420,000 and another $208,000. That bought access to location data from at least 55 million cellphone users.
The contracts, approved under emergency review due to the COVID-19 pandemic, were aimed at providing the CDC “with the necessary data to continue critical emergency response functions elated to evaluating the impact of visits to key points of interest, stay at home orders, closures, re-openings and other public heath communications related to mask mandate, and other merging research areas on community transmission of SARS-CoV-2,” the contracts, obtained by The Epoch Times, state.

The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) has released a report documenting a 71 percent increase in American power grid attacks since 2021, and they believe attacks will only increase.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the report has confidential data comprised of analysis from the Electricity Information Sharing Data Center (E-ISAC), a division of NERC. An increase in reported attacks was confirmed by Manny Cancel, E-ISAC’s chief executive.

I'm aware that many of the actors today are descendants of those guilty of supporting the atrocities of the Third Reich. And yet I would say this is the absolute worst , most insane by far, decade I've lived through. I was born into a world fighting fascism while most of our so-called "leaders" secretly supported it. At the end of my life I don't want to believe that evil has won, but it seems that way. I think there are far more decent human beings than the opposite. Sadly, unfortunately, the good, the decent, do not become "leaders". On the occasions when they have, they've bee4n destroyed. How about if we just stopped playing follow the leader and walked the other way?
