Four killed in Ukrainian strike on evacuation crossing point — Kherson official
The attack was carried out with the use of US-supplied HIMARS multiple rocket launch systems, the emergencies services say
Ukrainian forces shelled a civilian river crossing in the former Ukrainian city of Kherson late on Thursday, killing at least four people, local officials said.
The attack came while people were being evacuated from the right bank of the Dnepr River, following an order issued earlier this week. Kherson Region Governor Vladimir Saldo explained the move by an increase in Ukrainian strikes on the city and concerns that the area could be flooded if Kiev’s troops destroy the dam at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has denied “ordering” the bombing of the Crimean Bridge, earlier this month. The president made the remarks during an interview with the Canadian broadcaster CTV, aired on Wednesday.
Asked to comment on the “spectacular attack” on the bridge, as the broadcaster put it, Zelensky said Kiev was not involved.

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace has accused Russia of using its jets 'recklessly' after one of Putin's fighters went within 15 feet of a Nato aircraft.
Mr Wallace also revealed that a fighter jet accidentally fired a missile 'in the vicinity' of an RAF patrol above the Black Sea.
Speaking to the Commons, he said Russia was using its fighters in a 'reckless' and 'unnecessary' way, which includes flying 'very, very' close to Nato aircraft.

Russian representatives will no longer take part in an upcoming nuclear energy meeting in the US capital, Bloomberg reported on Thursday, citing the International Atomic Energy Agency. The IAEA offered no explanation for the purported schedule change.
An unnamed official from the agency said top figures from Moscow’s state energy corporation, Rosatom, and its main industrial regulator, Rostechnadzor, had been “dropped” from the meeting’s speaker roster, telling Bloomberg that “participation in the conference can change because of programmatic or personal reasons” without further elaboration.

Iranian troops are “directly engaged on the ground” in Crimea, supporting Russian drone strikes, US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told reporters on Thursday without providing evidence for the claim.
“The information we have is that the Iranians have put trainers and tech support in Crimea, but it’s the Russians who are doing the piloting,” Kirby elaborated, adding that only “a relatively small number” of Iranian personnel had made the journey to Russia. He did not explain where the information had come from.
NATO Speeds Up Ukraine Arms Transfers To Prepare For Winter Warfare
The United States and its NATO allies are accelerating transfers of arms, warm clothing and anti-drone technology to Ukraine in preparation for months of bitter combat through the winter. Washington believes shoring up frontline forces before mud and ice set in will help Kiev to hold ground over the coming season.
Speaking on condition of anonymity during a recent NATO summit in Berlin, a Western official told reporters that the alliance had already started providing winter gear, claiming "The Ukrainians are on their front foot, and they certainly feel prepared for the winter campaign," and that foreign aid is currently "very much [focused on] the winter."

CDC Votes To Add COVID-19 Vaccines To Childhood Immunization Schedule
Update: As expected, the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices voted 15-0 on Thursday to add Covid-19 shots to the children's recommended vaccine schedule.
Speaking earlier in the morning, Dr. Patricia Wodi said that the Covid-19 vaccine has been placed as a recommendation from 6 months of age and older.
During a question period, one member of the committee raised questions over the vaccine being included on the schedule when it’s been recommended for use under an Emergency Use Authorizations, to which Wodi said they spoke with the Office of General Counsel, who said that it would be okay to add.

Florida OB/Gyn warns that infertility and miscarriages have spiked 50% since covid-19 vaccine rollout
(Natural News) An OB/Gyn from St. Petersburg, Florida had the courage to go public with the serious rise in reproductive health issues that are taking place at the hospital where she works. Kimberly Biss, MD and OB/Gyn explained that her hospital is seeing an astronomical rise in infertility, miscarriage, abnormal pap smears and cervical malignancies that only started after the covid-19 vaccines were rolled out.
“I can definitely say since the vaccine rollout started; we have seen in our practice a decrease in new OB numbers which would be infertility by about 50%. We have also seen an increase in miscarriage rate by 50%. And I would say there is probably about a 25% increase in abnormal pap smears as well as cervical malignancies in our area.”

The agency announced the decision on Wednesday, saying the “the pivot in strategy will allow for the doses to be used in more countries” at a time of “unprecedented rise in cholera” worldwide and an “extremely limited” vaccine supply.
Jill Biden Predicts Wave Of Cancer Diagnoses After COVID-19
First Lady Jill Biden on Monday evening predicted there will be an increased number of cancer diagnoses following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Biden did not say that there would be a specific cause in the uptick in cancer diagnoses, but she pointed out that a number of people did not get routine medical checkups because of the pandemic. The first lady encouraged people to catch up on cancer screenings that were delayed.

Mural at Michigan Middle School Sparks Outrage Over Transgender Flag and Demon Face
A mural painted by a student at a Michigan middle school has sparked outrage for featuring a child wearing a transgender flag and a face of a demon.
The mural also features a creature holding a syringe, a girl in a rainbow outfit, and the Hamsa hand — which alarmed parents said was a sign of witchcraft.
Evelyn Gonzales, the Grant High School student who painted the mural for Grant Middle School, told local station WZZM that she created it to “make people feel welcome.”

The United States government, which is currently about $30.9 trillion in debt, has just given over $20,000 of taxpayer money to a cultural center in Ecuador so it can host “drag theater performances.”
The U.S. Department of State gave this grant to the non-profit organization Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano (CEN) on September 23, apparently in the name of “diversity and inclusion.”
The State Department’s public diplomacy program awarded CEN with this grant. According to its website, the program’s mission is to “support the achievement of U.S. foreign policy goals and objectives, advance national interests, and enhance national security by informing and influencing foreign publics and by expanding and strengthening the relationship between the people and government of the United States and citizens of the rest of the world.”
