Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated that despite US claims made at the G20 Summit, other countries are coming to realize the fact that the Ukraine conflict had been provoked by Washington.
The remarks come as Lavrov told Sputnik during a G20 press conference in Bali that the EU and NATO have been involved in a hybrid war in Ukraine for a long time.

Palpable divisions over the war in Ukraine have become apparent at the G20 summit in Bali as the US tries to make the case that Russian aggression is to blame for the global rise in food and fuel, and cost-of-living crisis generally.
Reuters has seen a 16-page draft declaration which the countries have failed to achieve unity on, which stated, "Most members strongly condemned the war in Ukraine and stressed it is causing immense human suffering and aggravating existing fragilities in the global economy." The US went into the Bali summit announcing that it expects the G20 to condemn Russia's war in Ukraine and the resultant disastrous consequences for the global economy.

The U.S. Navy recently received a high-energy tactical laser weapon from defense contractor Lockheed Martin, New Atlas reported.
Called HELIOS – short for “high energy laser with integrated optical-dazzler and surveillance” – the new weapon has been compared to the “death ray” concept straight out of the world of science fiction.

IMF issues gloomy forecast for global economy
Persistent inflation is expected to slow economic growth
The International Monetary Fund has downgraded its forecast for the global economy, saying in its latest report compiled for the upcoming G20 summit that the “outlook is gloomier” than previously expected.
The IMF has been gradually slashing its forecast for global growth in 2023 since January, when it anticipated 3.8% growth. In October the fund lowered its projection from July’s posting of 2.9% to 2.7%, saying: “we expect countries accounting for more than one third of global output to contract during part of this year or next.”
FedEx Freight to begin driver furloughs next month
Move designed to match staffing needs with slowing LTL demand, unit says
FedEx Freight, the less-than-truckload arm of FedEx Corp. and the nation’s largest LTL carrier, said Saturday it will furlough an undetermined number of drivers starting in early December.
The furloughs are scheduled to last about 90 days, during which time affected workers will continue to receive health benefits and will be allowed to file for unemployment benefits in their respective states of residence. Some eligible employees will be offered permanent transfer opportunities to other markets that have hiring needs, the unit said in a statement.

The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers (IBB) announced Monday its members voted against ratifying a tentative agreement with the major freight railroads, making IBB the third labor group to turn down the deal brokered by the Biden administration and upping the chances of a nationwide strike.
The IBB said in a statement that it has now entered a "cooling off" period and plans to continue to negotiate further with the National Carriers' Conference Committee (NCCC), which represents the nation's largest railroads, including BNSF, CSX, Norfolk Southern and Union Pacific.

The world’s largest online retailer, Amazon, will begin laying off 10,000 employees in corporate and technology roles beginning this week, according to a report from The New York Times.
According to the report, the layoffs would be the largest in Amazon’s history and would have a massive effect on the company’s devices unit – including the voice-assistant Alexa, as well as the retail division, and human resources departments.
