Biden Administration Set To Appeal Ruling That Lifted Mask Mandate For Travel
n a stunning move - soon to be filed under the "completely lost touch with America" folder - the Biden administration is reportedly planning to appeal the ruling that lifted the COVID mask mandate on travel, just hours after most major airlines and airports (and ground transportation) has dropped their mask rules.
It was evident this was coming earlier in the day after White House spokesperson Jen Psaki warned and Xavier Becerra, Biden’s health secretary, told reporters in Nevada, that "we are right now in the process of deciding, and we likely will appeal that ruling, but stay tuned."

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The United States lacks the capability to reliably track the array of weapons being sent by the Biden administration to Ukraine, CNN reported on Tuesday, citing sources briefed on US intelligence.
"We have fidelity for a short time, but when it enters the fog of war, we have almost zero," a source said. "It drops into a big black hole, and you have almost no sense of it at all after a short period of time."
The Biden administration factored in the risk of providing weapons to Ukraine that may end up in the hands of militias and other groups that the US does not want to arm, the report said. However, officials currently view a failure to adequately arm Ukraine as a greater risk, the report added.

Speaking during a Tuesday briefing, presidential adviser Alexey Arestovych discussed developments in the conflict, namely Russia’s latest push to liberate the entire territory claimed by the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics as their sovereign territory, as well as the prospect of a negotiated settlement to end the fighting.

Poland has unilaterally pulled out of its contractual commitments to buy the BioNTech/Pfizer coronavirus vaccine, Health Minister Adam Niedzielski said Tuesday, citing oversupply and financial strains caused by the influx of millions of refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine.
Speaking on all-news channel TVN24, Niedzielski said that the government in Warsaw had informed the European Commission and the vaccine suppliers late last week that it was invoking a force majeure clause in the procurement contract and would refuse both to pay for, or take delivery of, further doses.
