UNITED NATIONS, March 18. /TASS/. Russia is revoking a request to the UN Security Council to vote on its proposed resolution about the humanitarian situation in Ukraine that was scheduled for March 18, Russia’s UN envoy Vasily Nebenzya said in a speech at the council on Thursday.
"Colleagues from many delegations are reaching out to us and complaining about merciless pressure and arm-twisting by Western partners, including economic blackmail and threats," he said. "The US and Albania circulated a letter where they urge UN member countries not to sponsor our resolution."

"Let me stress once again what both the Western mass media and the Western establishment refuse to see: this operation is not targeted at the civilian population. It does not pursue the aim of seizing the country’s territory, ruining its statehood or ousting the current president. We keep saying this again and again."

Asked about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s repeated calls on Western powers to take control of his country’s airspace to repel a Russian attack, Austin said the Joe Biden administration would not grant the request, citing the risk of escalation.

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace was targeted by a "Russian imposter", who quizzed the official about the situation in Ukraine, The Telegraph has reported. According to the newspaper, who spoke with Wallace, the hoax was intended to extract sensitive information and "embarrass" him.

23 Dead, Including Children After Ukranian Missile Strike Hits Civilians in Donetsk
Authorities are reporting 23 civilians dead, including children, after a Ukrainian missile strike against a civilian center in the Russian-speaking city of Donetsk. Western mainstream media has neglected to report on the alleged attack on civilians while the Ukranian Government is denying it ever happened. However, extensive video footage has been released documenting the strike and its casualties.
The Russian defense ministry and Donetsk authorities report that 23 civilians were killed in a Ukrainian missile attack on the city of Donetsk, the capital of the Donestk People’s Republic. An additional 28 civilians have been reported wounded in what those on the Russian side of the conflict are calling a war crime.
Donetsk, along with several other Russian-speaking regions of Ukraine, broke away from the nation in 2014 after its elected pro-Russian government was overthrown in a “revolution” backed by George Soros and Barack Obama. Ukraine has been in chaos ever since and the Russian state has accused the Ukrainians of committing genocide against the Russian-speaking population, though it should be noted that these claims have not been verified.
Putin Lays Out Demands For Cease-Fire In Call With Turkey's President
Update (2120ET): In a Thursday conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Russian President Vladimir Putin reportedly outlined the conditions for ending his invasion of Ukraine. According to a BBC report, a Turkish official who listened to the call between the two leaders said that Putin would end his invasion if several conditions are met including a promise that Ukraine will remain neutral and not join NATO.
Erdogan's leading adviser and spokesman, Ibrahim Kalin, said Russia is also calling for Ukraine to undergo a disarmament process to mitigate threats to Russia in the future as well as legal protections for the Russian language in Ukraine. Additionally, Putin reportedly desires promises related to the "Denazification" of Ukraine.

CIA paramilitaries had been training Ukrainian forces on the frontlines of the Donbas war against Russian-backed separatists since 2014 and were only pulled out by the Biden administration last month, Yahoo News reported on Wednesday, citing former US officials.
The CIA first sent a small number of paramilitaries to eastern Ukraine when the war started in 2014, which was sparked by a US-backed coup in Kyiv and the Donbas separatists declaring independence from the post-coup government.

They say explicitly, they do not even stutter, they do not hide it. They say they want to. To wipe out the State of Israel," said Rabbi Eliyahu.
He said: "We must do everything we can to destroy their [nuclear capabilities]. No less than that. Israel has already done this before; once Israel destroyed the nuclear reactor in Iraq, without blinking, without stuttering. Once Olmert deleted the nuclear reactor that was in Syria, nothing happened. The sky did not fall whether there was more condemnation or less condemnation."

Report: Witches Gather in Moscow to Support Putin, Curse His Enemies

President Biden’s chief medical adviser Dr Anthony Fauci declared that Americans will need to take more Covid jabs just a day after the CEO of Pfizer proclaimed that a fourth dose was needed immediately.
During an interview with CNBC on Monday, Fauci was asked how many more shots will be needed, and responded “The answer is: we don’t know. I mean, that’s it…it is likely that we’re not done with this when it comes to vaccines.”
Summit News reports: The comments dovetail with those of Albert Bourla, who said Sunday “It is necessary – a fourth boost – right now,” when asked about vaccines.
The Pfizer head said “The protection that you are getting from the third [vaccine] is… not that good against infections, but doesn’t last very long but we are just submitting those data to the FDA and then we will see what the experts also will say outside Pfizer.”
