Visa, Mastercard join PayPal in cutting off all services to Russia
The companies’ move to terminate services in the Russian Federation comes amid a global push, driven by major companies from different sectors around the world, to restrict the Russian economy amid the ongoing invasion of Ukraine.
Visa and Mastercard, two of the world’s largest payment service providers, have announced that they have ceased all operations in Russia effective immediately, with transactions to cease over the coming days — joining PayPal in the corporate-driven move to sanction the country.
Once the cessation of services is complete, all cards issued within Russia will no longer work outside the country, and any cards issued outside Russia will no longer work within the Russian Federation, it said.
U.S. State Department warns Americans to leave Russia 'immediately'
March 5 (UPI) -- The U.S. State Department warned U.S. citizens Saturday to leave Russia "immediately."
"U.S. citizens should depart Russia immediately," the department warned in a Level 4 Do Not Travel Advisory, which is the highest level advisory on a 1-4 level ranking.
The advisory said that "due to the unprovoked and unjustified attack by Russian military forces in Ukraine," there is potential for Russian officials to harass U.S. citizens, and they may also have problems accessing money.
US ‘works’ with Poland to send jets to Ukraine – media

This follows U.S. District Judge Mark T. Pittman’s decision on January 6 to deny the request from the FDA to suppress the data for the next 75 years which the agency claimed was necessary, in part, because of its “limited resources.”
A 38-page report included in the documents features an Appendix, “LIST OF ADVERSE EVENTS OF SPECIAL INTEREST,” that lists 1,291 different adverse eventsfollowing vaccination
