Agreement on Russia-Ukraine Settlement May Require Approval By UNSC Resolution - Russian Diplomat

The fourth round of negotiations between Moscow and Kiev on the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis is scheduled for 14 March.

Moscow does not rule out that a possible agreement on the settlement between Russia and Ukraine will require approval by a UN Security Council resolution, Pyotr Ilyichev, the head of the Russian foreign ministry's international organizations department, said.

"At the moment, when the parties have not yet reached specific agreements, it is premature to talk about the adoption of a UN Security Council resolution that would officially fix them. Although it would not be worth excluding such a development," Ilyichev said.

Though the Minsk agreements were approved by UN Security Council Resolution 2202, "this did not affect their implementation by the Ukrainian side in any way," the diplomat noted.

The Ukrainian president outlines his primary objective

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video address on Sunday night that the main goal for Kiev’s negotiators is to pave the way for a direct meeting with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. He also hopes that the talks will lead to security guarantees.

“Our delegates have a clear task – to do all they can so the meeting between presidents takes place, the meeting I’m sure the people are waiting for,” he said in a video address published on the president’s official Telegram channel.

China Slams Claims About Russia Asking for Military Assistance in Ukraine Op as 'US Disinformation'

Earlier, a spokesperson for the Chinese embassy to the United States reportedly rejected media allegations that Moscow had sought Beijing's help with military equipment and other logistics for its operation to de-Nazify Ukraine. Liu Pengyu, a spokesman for the embassy, reportedly told Reuters on Sunday that he had "never heard of that."

China's Foreign Ministry has slammed claims by US officials that Russia allegedly asked Beijing for military equipment after the start of its special operation to demilitarise Ukraine as 'disinformation'.

Furthermore, the United States must fully clarify its military-biological activities on the territory of Ukraine, added the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

Reference here was made to the documents, released on 10 March by the Russian Ministry of Defence, related to the suspected military biological activities of the United States on the territory of Ukraine. The US Defence Threat Reduction Agency played the leading role in financing and developing components for biological weapons, according to the Russian MoD.

Jake Sullivan, the national security advisor to US President Joe Biden, has warned Russia that NATO would go “full force” if any strike is recorded on NATO territory – intentional or not – after Moscow attacked a Ukrainian military base near the Polish border.

In an appearance on CBS’ ‘Face the Nation’ on Sunday, Sullivan was asked by host Margaret Brennan whether the current US policy was “that any strike into Polish territory or airspace, intentional or unintentional” would be considered an attack on NATO.

Russia sees the freeze of its government foreign currency accounts as the West's attempt to organise an artificial default, said Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.

"Statements that Russia cannot fulfill its obligations under the public debt are not true. We have the necessary amount of funds to service our obligations. The freezing of foreign currency accounts of Russia's Central Bank and the government of the Russian Federation can be regarded as a desire of a number of foreign countries to organize an artificial default, while not having real economic grounds for this," said Siluanov, in a statement released by the Ministry of Finance.

US Ally Saudi Arabia Just Beheaded 81 People In One Day

At a moment much of the globe and international media has its entire focus on the Russian war in Ukraine, Saudi Arabia on Saturday carried out a mass execution of 81 people for a wide range of what state sources called "terrorism" related crimes.

The executed individuals - which is being reported as likely by beheading- were deemed "guilty of committing multiple heinous crimes that left a large number of civilians and law enforcement officers dead," according to the Saudi Press Agency.

DHS to Target Americans Who Believe Election Was Stolen or Who Oppose Dr Fauci

Joe Biden’s DHS has announced plans to target Americans who question the integrity of the recent presidential election and who oppose Dr. Anthony Fauci.

DHS Secretary Mayorkas released the new rules on “extremism” last week, which includes guidelines on how to handle Americans who question the 2020 election and anyone who questions Biden’s talking points on COVID and its treatments, including the mandates:

A March 2021 unclassified threat assessment prepared by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Department of Justice, and DHS, noted that domestic violent extremists “who are motivated by a range of ideologies and galvanized by recent political and societal events in the United States pose an elevated threat to the Homeland in 2021.”3 The assessment pointed to newer “sociopolitical developments such as narratives of fraud in the recent general election, the emboldening impact of the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol, conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and conspiracy theories promoting violence” that “will almost certainly spur some [domestic violent extremists] [sic] to try to engage in violence this year.”4

Senate Republicans Introduce COVID-19 Vaccine Injury Bill

Senate Republicans, led by Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), have introduced a bill that would allow victims of adverse effects to the COVID-19 vaccine to seek monetary compensation. Lee’s bill would create the “Countermeasure Injury Compensation Fund Amendment Act” as well as the COVID-19 Vaccine Commission. The vaccine injury bill would change the existing Countermeasure Injury Compensation Act (CICP), which was created for the purpose of compensating those who suffered injury or death due to government countermeasures to public health crises.

Despite its supposed intention, none of the over 7,000 claims filed under the CICP involving COVID-19 vaccine injuries have resulted in compensation. Because of the liability protections afforded to the pharmaceutical companies, these cases have been largely ignored. Senator Lee, along with co-sponsoring Senators Mike Braun (R-IN), Ron Johnson (R-WI), as well as Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS), are looking to make it easier for those affected to hold the pharmaceutical industry accountable.

In a press release, Sen. Lee stated that his Countermeasure Injury Compensation Amendment Act will “help build trust in future medical treatments and to make sure those who were harmed are properly compensated.”

Fauci Weighs in on Ukraine, Says War Will 'Interrupt the Vaccine Programs of Kids'

Dr. Anthony Fauci recently weighed in on the Ukraine conflict. According to Fauci, a prolonged conflict have “devastating” effect on tuberculous control in Eastern Europe. “[The war] could be devastating, quite frankly,” Dr Fauci, the chief medical officer of the United States, told The Telegraph in an interview.

“As a public health official, as a scientist, and as an infectious disease expert, I’m very worried about the disruption that has already happened and that will continue,” Fauci said. He criticized the “indiscriminate attacks” on Ukranian civilians and warned of an impending healthcare disaster. “Hospitals being moved to cellars, clinics having to close, are going to have a terrible impact on TB and any other diseases – HIV, infectious disease of children.”

Prior to COVID-19, TB was the world’s leading infectious disease killer and will likely return to the top spot as the pandemic ends. In 2020, TB was responsible for 1.5 million deaths worldwide. While TB deaths had decreased since 2005, since the pandemic they have risen. Fauci said this was in part due to COVID-19-related healthcare disruptions, which led to less people being diagnosed or adequately treated.

What will the eventual death toll look like? Will it be in the tens of millions? That is definitely a possibility. And what would happen if the bird flu mutates into a version that spreads easily among humans? We might want to start thinking about that, because that is possible too.

In defiance of science and public health concerns, Monday the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved the mass release of billions of experimental genetically engineered (GE) mosquitoes into the U.S.’ most populous and agriculturally significant states.

The British biotechnology company Oxitec was granted an experimental use permit for the release of a genetically engineered version of the species Aedes aegypti across Fresno, Tulare, San Bernadino and Stanislaus Counties in California and in Monroe County in Florida.

This will be the biggest release of GE insects in the world.
