The Pentagon has signed a $182-million deal with US arms manufacturer Raytheon to produce NASAMS (National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems) for the Ukrainian military.
The work on short-and medium-range air defense weaponry will be conducted at Raytheon’s facilities in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, with an estimated completion date of August 23, 2024, the US Department of Defense said in a statement on Friday.

Sellers dropping home prices in droves as real estate market cools
(Natural News) Some American cities saw as much as 70 percent of home sellers dropping their asking prices in July as the housing market continues to cool and buyers back out of the market.
According to data from Redfin, Boise, Idaho, topped the list of 97 metros when it comes to price drops at 70 percent, while second-placed Denver saw 58 percent of homes for sale lowering their prices. Salt Lake City and Tacoma took third and fourth places with 56.4 and 54.8 percent, respectively. The same four areas topped June’s list as well.

The second peak was driven primarily by covid deaths. Note that the examined population is 100% vaccinated, and therefore all covid cases were vaccine failure, and possibly induced antibody-enhanced covid disease since this analysis covers deaths.

The U.S. Department of Transportation hasdeclared a regional emergency for Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin after a fire shut down the BP oil refinery in Whiting, Ind., the largest in the Midwest, though there hasn't been an impact on gas prices so far.
The fire took place in the refinery's power house and led to a loss of cooling water that could potentially damage equipment, according to Bloomberg, but the extent of the problems are reportedly limited to a small area of the facility, and no injuries were reported.

LastPass, one of the world’s most popular password managers, has confirmed it has been hacked…err, has had a “security incident”.
Last week the company started notifying its users of a “recent security incident” where an “unauthorized party” gained access to a developer account and accessed parts of its password manager’s source code and “some proprietary LastPass technical information,” according to The Verge.
The company said that some source code was stolen, but that no passwords were taken.
