China’s President Xi Jinping urged his US counterpart Joe Biden to engage in talks with Russia to address the reasons behind the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, stressing it should be resolved through diplomacy. The two presidents held talks via a video link on Friday, discussing various international and bilateral issues. The talks were held “at the request” of Washington, China’s Foreign Ministry noted in a statement.

“The topic of neutral status and non-accession of Ukraine to NATO is one of the key issues of the negotiations. This is the issue on which the parties have brought their positions as close as possible,” Medinsky stated. “Then details begin relating to what security guarantees Ukraine receives in addition to the already existing in case of its refusal to join the NATO bloc.”

Over 40 human rights activists filed a petition with Israel’s Supreme Court, demanding that Israel cease exporting arms to Ukraine in 2018.
According to Haaretz, the group argues that these weapons serve forces that openly express a neo-Nazi ideology and submitted evidence that the Azov battalion, whose troops are part of Ukraine’s military and are backed by the country’s ministry of internal affairs, are the ones using these weapons.
The Defense Ministry has yet to respond to the petition.
The ministry’s reasons for granting export licenses for weapons are not disclosed to the public. However, the appearance of Israeli arms in the hands of dedicated neo-Nazis should be considered when opposing grants for such a license.
Oddly enough, this isn’t the first time the defense ministry has armed forces embracing a national socialist ideology.

While data shows that "most reported adverse events were mild and short in duration," according to the study, which was published in the UK-based medical journal The Lancet, 6.6% of all side effects were categorized as "serious," and resulted in "inpatient hospitalisation, prolongation of hospitalisation, permanent disability, life-threatening illness, congenital anomaly or birth defect."
Deaths represented a stunning 1.3% of side effects reports.

The Mikdash (Temple) Educational Center in conjunction with Rabbi Hillel Weiss, the former spokesman for the Sanhedrin, has minted a silver coin to promote a practical effort to establish the third temple.
The coin contains 10 grams of pure silver and represents three times the amount of the biblical silver half-shekel that was donated by every Jewish male to finance the daily operation of the temple.
Weiss emphasized that the minting of the coin was timed to coincide with the beginning of the Hebrew month of Adar when these coins were collected for the temple.
