Kremlin Rejects "Absolute Lie" That Putin Ordered Killing Of Wagner's Prigozhin
Russian investigators say they are currently conducting DNA testing on the recovered bodies from the Wednesday plane crash northwest of Moscow believed to have killed Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin and his top commanders.
In yesterday's condolence speech, President Putin referred to the Wagner chief in the past tense, remembering him as a "talented" businessman who made "mistakes"—which was widely seen as high level confirmation he went down in the plane.

Senior Russian officials have expressed condolences over the apparent death of Evgeny Prigozhin, the businessman behind the Russian private military company Wagner Group.
Investigators have yet to formally confirm that Prigozhin was killed in the crash of his private jet on Wednesday. But President Vladimir Putin referred to him in the past tense while commenting on the fatal incident on Thursday.
Putin Signs Law Forcing Wagner Fighters To Swear Oath
Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has told reporters on Friday that in a legal sense, Wagner group doesn't exist. This came as he announced a new presidential decree signed by President Putin on the same day, which stipulates that all Russian paramilitary fighters will be required to swear an oath to the Russian flag and nation.
Fighters, including from Wagner, must pledge "their loyalty to the Russian Federation... strictly follow their commanders and superiors' orders, and conscientiously fulfill their obligations," according to the new decree.
Russia downs drone near Moscow, suspends flights
Russia intercepted 42 drones over territory it holds on Friday alone.
Russia reported a new drone attack on Moscow in the early hours of Saturday, which again forced the authorities to temporarily shut down all three major airports serving the capital.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that a drone was brought down by air defense systems over the Istra district of the Moscow region. The district is some 50 km (31 miles) west of the Kremlin.

The federal government was not happy when licensed drone operator Davin Phelps tried to film the suspected origin of the so-called "wildfires" that burned down Lahaina and other nearby spots on the Hawaiian island of Maui.

Transgender surgeries nearly tripled in the United States between 2016 and 2019, with breast and chest procedures accounting for 56.6 percent of all operations, results of a study published Wednesday in the JAMA Network Open show.
Close behind was genital reconstruction, making up 35.1 percent, followed by facial and cosmetic procedures at 13.9 percent. The greatest number of procedures overall were undergone by women, 19- to 30-year-olds, people with private insurance, and people with higher incomes. Most procedures occurred in the West and were performed in urban teaching hospitals.

The American Medical Association (AMA) recently suggested that taxpayers fund uterus transplants for transgender women as an attempt to “force” pregnancy and as a way to help them feel like biological women who have the ability to give birth.
“Even though there has been no uterus transplant to date in transwomen that we know of, some clinicians have maintained that there are no absolute barriers in anatomy, hormones, and obstetric considerations that would rule out the possibility of successful UTx in transwomen,” the association claimed in June of this year.
However, the AMA has been consistently chastised for proposing the idea and has also been accused of taking an “activist stance.”

The issue was first reported by news outlet BILD who revealed that parents were sent an e-mail from an Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO) daycare center in the Hanover region which presented a list of ten rules explaining how children in the “body exploration room” would be encouraged to “pet and examine” themselves and other children.
