Since this is the only country I know that protects the individual from the collective, at least ideologically, and has a Constitution that is - supposed - to be the supreme law of the country (above kings), I personally am rooting for it to survive. From what DOGE has uncovered with USAID it looks like this debt approach has morphed into more of a color revolution/influencer tack with grifters along for the ride. A lot of people want to get rich. Somewhere along the line, that outward focus got directed at the US itself and from the amount of money being poured down that USAID pit, it looks to me like there was/is a concerted effort to dismantle the US as a nation state - both politically and financially. Since this is the only country I know that protects the individual from the collective, at least ideologically, and has a Constitution that is - supposed - to be the supreme law of the country (above kings), I personally am rooting for it to survive. It looks like DOGE has uncovered a lot of graft which might help with our financial mess. But having someone so adept with AI, so intimately connected with government operations - who is pro-transhumanism is concerning.
