I can agree with the idea that people have changed after getting the shots. My car needed repair, and my first choice mechanic had died suddenly after getting the shot. I had my car towed to the 2nd choice, a dealership I had used without problems before the "pandemic".
The dealership kept my car for 2 months without being able to fix it. I finally had it towed home and learned how to fix it myself by watching youtube videos. The fix was, it turned out, simple and easy, something the dealership's mechanic should have been able to do in an hour or so.
The vaxx had killed my first choice mechanic and had dumbed down the second choice mechanic to the point that he couldn't figure out how to do his job at the most basic level of competence.
