The Hantavirus genome was built from ‘human blood’ at the U.S. military biolab Fort Detrick, according to published supplementary appendix documents and GenBank records tied to a 2020 New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) paper.

The Andes hantavirus genome sequence was assembled at the infamous facility from fragmented sequencing reads extracted from human blood using computer assembly software and reference genome fill-ins.

Modernity.news reports: The paper’s funding disclosure shows the Fort Detrick hantavirus genome reconstruction work was supported through U.S. government biodefense and infectious disease funding channels tied to HHS/NIAID (HHSN272201800013C and HHSN272200700016I), including contracts involving Battelle Memorial Institute and Laulima Government Solutions.

The total potential funding allocated to the two Fort Detrick/NIAID contracts together is approximately $387.5 million.

The records show scientists at the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) were said to have physically received blood samples from purported hantavirus patients and used those samples to generate the genome sequence now stored in GenBank and cited throughout the scientific literature.

That same Fort Detrick-built Andes hantavirus genome sequence is now being used by researchers as a reference genome for analyzing and comparing sequences tied to the recent 2026 hantavirus outbreak aboard the cruise ship MV Hondius.

The connection raises major questions about whether modern outbreak detection, genomic surveillance, and authoritarian pandemic-response systems are increasingly being built around computer-reconstructed reference sequences generated inside military and biodefense research pipelines rather than directly sequenced purified viral isolates.

If the foundational genome sequences driving PCR testing, outbreak tracking, quarantine policies, surveillance systems, and vaccine development are themselves heavily dependent on computer reconstruction, statistical modeling, and reference-sequence fill-ins rather than direct uninterrupted sequencing of purified viral isolates, it raises profound questions about whether the entire pandemic-response framework is becoming increasingly circular and self-referential.

Which makes the system potentially weaponizable, because whoever controls the reference sequences, computational pipelines, and diagnostic standards effectively controls the foundation upon which outbreaks are detected, modeled, declared, and responded to.

Fort Detrick Received Human Blood Samples

The NEJM paper supplementary appendix explicitly states: “Whole-blood samples from 28 (82% of 34) laboratory-confirmed cases from the Epuyén ANDV-caused hantavirus pulmonary syndrome outbreak were included in the genomic analysis.”

Researchers further wrote: “RNA was extracted from 400 µl of whole blood…”

The appendix also says the samples were physically transferred into the Fort Detrick military biodefense system: “Samples were shipped to USAMRIID under material transfer agreement (MRMC control number: W81XWH-18-0469)…”

Meaning the published hantavirus genome was generated from fragmented RNA sequencing reads extracted directly from mixed human blood samples handled inside a U.S. military biolab pipeline.

Scientists Say They Removed Human Genetic Material Before Building the Genome

The records show Fort Detrick scientists did not directly sequence one complete uninterrupted hantavirus genome from purified viral particles.

Instead, the workflow involved:

• extracting mixed genetic material from human blood,

• computationally removing human sequences,

• assembling fragmented sequencing reads into partial genome pieces called contigs,

• and filling missing genomic gaps using previously published reference sequences from GenBank.

The appendix explicitly states: “Human genome and human transcriptome read removal was subsequently performed by aligning quality-trimmed reads to the human genome reference GRCh38…”

Meaning Fort Detrick scientists claim to have first filtered out human genetic material from the blood-derived sequencing data before assembling the remaining fragments into what became the published Andes hantavirus genome.

But because the original material consisted of mixed human blood-derived sequencing fragments rather than a directly sequenced purified viral isolate, the final published genome still depended on computational interpretation, reconstruction decisions, and reference-guided fill-ins to determine what ultimately counted as the “hantavirus” sequence.

The final published genome was not simply “read” directly from a purified viral particle.

It emerged through multiple layers of computer-driven filtering, reconstruction, statistical consensus calling, and reference-sequence patching performed inside the Fort Detrick bioinformatic pipeline.

The Published Genome Was Patched Together Using Reference Sequences

The appendix explains how the genome was assembled: “To generate ANDV consensus genomes, cleaned reads were assembled de novo using SPAdes…”

However, the sequencing data did not produce complete uninterrupted genomes directly from patient blood samples.

Instead, researchers acknowledged that missing regions of the genome had to be filled using previously published genome sequences: “Gaps and ends of incomplete contigs were filled in with sequences from close complete genomic segments from GenBank…”

Meaning portions of the final published hantavirus genome were patched together using older reference genome sequences where direct sequencing data was missing or incomplete.

The appendix additionally states: “Only bases with a Phred quality score >Q20 and a minimum of 3X coverage were used for consensus calling.”

Consensus calling is a computer process that generates a “best-fit” genome sequence from fragmented sequencing reads after filtering, alignment, and reconstruction.

If parts of the published hantavirus genome were missing and had to be filled in using older reference sequences, then how much of the final genome was directly sequenced from patient blood and how much was computer-generated reconstruction?

Some Genome Segments Were More Than Half Missing

The records further reveal that some genome assemblies were substantially incomplete before reconstruction and reference fill-ins were applied.

Table S3 shows one patient’s L segment achieved only: “3080/6562 [46.94%]” coverage

Meaning more than half of that genome segment was missing before additional reconstruction and reference-genome fill-ins were used to complete the published sequence.

Other patient samples achieved much higher coverage, with many approaching 99%, but the appendix confirms incomplete contigs and missing genomic regions were a recurring part of the assembly workflow.

This means portions of the published hantavirus genome were not directly sequenced from patient material, but instead were computationally reconstructed and patched together where the original genomic data was missing.

This raises major questions about the precision and reliability of the final published genome, since significant portions of some sequences were missing and later reconstructed through computer-based reference fill-ins rather than directly sequenced from patient material.

PCR Primers Also Matched Human Genetic Material

The significance of the findings becomes even greater when viewed alongside recent BLAST analyses showing that published hantavirus PCR primers and fluorescent probes repeatedly matched human genetic material.

According to the analysis: “portions of the genetic sequences used by the PCR test to supposedly detect hantavirus also directly match human DNA sequences.”

The report documented repeated:

• 19/19 exact matches,

• 20/20 exact matches,

• 18/18 exact matches,

• and numerous 17/17 exact matches between hantavirus PCR components and human genomic regions.

The fluorescent detection probe itself—the component responsible for generating the “positive” PCR signal—also produced repeated exact and near-exact human DNA matches.

The findings become especially significant in light of the Fort Detrick workflow, which itself began with mixed human blood samples and required computational subtraction of human genetic material before the genome was assembled.

The overlap raises obvious questions about how confidently the PCR system could distinguish purported hantavirus genetic material from human genetic material when the published reference genome itself was reconstructed from mixed human blood-derived sequencing data.

DARPA Documents Reveal Pentagon Framework for Digital-Only Viral Sequences

The Fort Detrick hantavirus reconstruction workflow also aligns with previously released DARPA documents describing Pentagon-backed systems designed to operate even when: “only electronic viral sequence information may be available.”

The DARPA records describe systems designed to:

• take digital genome sequences,

• synthesize infectious clone genomes,

• propagate viruses in cell systems,

• and rapidly convert uploaded genetic sequences into mRNA countermeasures.

The platform is meant to work even when no physical virus exists, only a computer file.

The files state: “Because we recognize the potential that during a pandemic outbreak only electronic viral sequence information may be available…”

GenBank Entry Confirms Human Blood Origin of Hantavirus Genome

The GenBank entry tied to the outbreak independently confirms the biological source material used to generate the published genome.

The entry states: /isolation_source=“whole blood”

The GenBank metadata also lists the computer assembly pipeline used to generate the genome:

• Ray

• Bowtie2

• Picard

• Prinseq-lite

• Cutadapt

• Illumina sequencing

The NEJM appendix and GenBank records do not describe:

• purification of intact viral particles,

• plaque isolation,

• viral culture purification before sequencing,

• or direct sequencing of purified virions.

Instead, the records show the published Andes hantavirus genome was assembled at Fort Detrick from fragmented sequencing reads extracted from human blood after human genetic material was computationally removed and missing genomic regions were filled using previously published reference genome sequences.

Bottom Line

The records show a biodefense and outbreak-response framework increasingly centered around computationally reconstructed genome sequences generated from fragmented mixed biological material and supplemented through reference-guided assembly pipelines rather than direct uninterrupted sequencing of purified viral particles.

Those computer-assembled consensus genomes then become the foundation for:

• PCR testing,

• phylogenetic modeling,

• transmission mapping,

• reproductive-number calculations,

• outbreak tracking,

• quarantine policies,

• surveillance systems,

• and vaccine or mRNA countermeasure development.

In other words, the same computer-generated genomic constructs assembled through filtering algorithms, reference-sequence fill-ins, and statistical consensus modeling are later treated as the authoritative biological basis for the entire outbreak-response infrastructure itself.

Now, that framework is being used to justify mainstream media messaging and authoritarian quarantine measures imposed by governments on passengers of the Hondius.

Everyone will result positive at a high enough amplification cycles! It’s a massive scam: refuse the “tests”!

Report: Trump Gaza plan may advance in areas outside Hamas control

President Donald Trump’s 20-point peace plan for Gaza is based on the demilitarization of Hamas. However, months of discussions with the group have reportedly produced little progress.

Time is working against Hamas

Internal power struggles, mounting pressure from Gaza’s public and frustration over conditions in the Strip are shaking the terrorist organization’s “rule” as Israel expands its control on the ground. Meanwhile, Hamas is still struggling to decide who will lead it after the elimination of its senior figures.

Despite Hamas’ rearmament efforts, the terrorist organization is in the most complex position it has faced since it was formally established in 1987. For almost six months, Hamas has been trying to carry out a process to appoint a new chairman, only to postpone it under various pretexts. On the face of it, Khalil al-Hayya is the preferred candidate, since he enjoys the backing of the military wing. But al-Hayya does not have Qatar’s support, and Doha has recently left him shuttling between Egypt and Turkey. It appears that Qatar would prefer a figure closer to the Muslim Brotherhood axis, such as Khaled Mashaal. Perhaps Doha has exhausted the risks involved in relying on the Sinwar camp, the group that bet on the Iranian axis on Oct. 7 and led Hamas into catastrophe. Even if al-Hayya is chosen, he will not enjoy consensus, since the appointment would be temporary until an internal election process that is supposed to take place in several months.

A peer-reviewed paper published in October 2024 has laid out a detailed blueprint for what can only be described as mass atmospheric experimentation on an unsuspecting global population.

The paper, titled “Atmospheric Fungal Spore Injection: A Promising Breakthrough for Challenging the Impacts of Climate Change Through Cloud Seeding and Weather Modification,” openly advocates for the deliberate injection of fungal spores into the atmosphere as a geoengineering tool. This is not science fiction. This is a documented plan to disperse biological agents across the skies, using the same technology that has already blanketed communities with silver iodide and aluminum nanoparticles for decades. The climate change narrative is being weaponized to justify what amounts to biological warfare against the planet and its inhabitants, all without informed consent, without adequate safety studies, and without any democratic oversight.

The paper, published in the open-access journal IgMin Research, describes in explicit detail how to cultivate fungal spores in indoor facilities, equip them with air blowers and suction systems, and launch them through plumbing vents into the lower atmosphere. The proposed system would involve “macro-scale indoor fungal cultivation” with “cultivation room equipped with an air blower, air sucking, and generating machines.” The spores would be dispersed through “a long plumber vent on the roof of the cultivation house into the air.”

This is bio-terror dressed in academic robes. The researchers admit that “injecting large quantities of fungal spores into the atmosphere could pose health risks, particularly for individuals with allergies, asthma, or compromised immune systems because most fungal species are opportunistic.” They acknowledge that “dispersing spores at lower atmospheric levels may result in reducing air quality at the boundary layer, compromising the respiratory well-being of humans and animals.” Yet they proceed to advocate for exactly this course of action!

The paper identifies specific fungal classes with ice nucleating ability, including Dothideomycetes, Agaricomycetes, Eurotiomycetes, Ustilaginomycetes, and others. Species like Cladosporium, Aspergillus, Penicillium, and various mushroom spores are already confirmed “among the prominent biological ice nucleating particles in the upper atmosphere.” The researchers want to dramatically increase their concentration through deliberate release.

The terror network already in place

Cloud seeding is not a hypothetical future technology. It is happening now, on a massive scale. The paper documents that China was investing $100 million per year in cloud seeding before the 2008 Olympics. The United States applies cloud seeding to “mitigate hurricanes, increase the amount of snowfall at its hydro-power dams by more than twofold a year, and avoid fog at airports.” Countries including Australia, France, Greece, India, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey are all conducting cloud seeding operations.

The delivery mechanisms read like a military arsenal: aircraft deployment, drone-based dispersal, rocket-based injection, automated high-output ground seeding systems, and ground-based generators. The paper even discusses “modified artillery shells” as a potential delivery method. In November 2009, the Beijing Weather Modification Bureau “fired 186 doses of silver iodide into the air to prompt precipitation, causing an extra 16 million cubic meters of snow to fall in the city.”

Now the goal is to replace silver iodide with fungal spores, which the researchers claim are “more biocompatible” and “biodegradable.” But biocompatible for whom? The paper itself warns that “high concentrations of fungal spores could exacerbate respiratory problems, and long-term exposure risks would need to be thoroughly evaluated.” This is the same language used by tobacco companies for decades: more research needed while they continued selling cancer.

The researchers acknowledge that “some traditional human societies may see these operations as intervening with nature which can cause severe divine responses such as floods, droughts, and famine.” They propose using “religious leaders along with political leaders” to “convince such societies.” This is not science; it’s a depopulation agenda, and any religious influence that backed these projects should hold no spiritual authority.

The paper also admits that “introducing fungal spores into environments where they are not naturally abundant could have unintended consequences for ecosystems.” Some spores “can be phyto-pathogenic to specific flora,” meaning they could destroy crops. The consequences of stratospheric aerosol injection on ecological systems are described as “unknown and potentially vary by ecosystem.”

This is recklessness masquerading as innovation. The climate change narrative has become the perfect cover for mass atmospheric experimentation. The public has no say. There are no international treaties governing this technology. As the paper itself concludes, “International, federal, and state law fail to adequately address issues related to re-emerging and useful cloud seeding augmentation technologies.”

The time to stop this madness is now, before the skies become a more expansive biological experiment and our lungs and sinuses become the laboratory for perpetual respiratory infections.

From the beginning, the experts and doctors on USAWatchdog warned of the coming disease, death, disability and disaster that the CV19 bioweapon vax would cause.

All the while, the public was told by the medical establishment and the Lying Legacy Media the injections were safe, effective and you needed this to survive the CV19 pandemic. ALL a total lie, and with 270 million people getting the CV19 injections in the US alone, it’s far too big to keep covering up. The avalanche of data now pouring out is causing everyone to wake up to the evil that has been done to them with the CV19 injections.

Epidemiologist Nic Hulscher at the McCullough Foundation is responsible for researching and publishing much of the stomach-churning news waking up the public to what has been done to them. Hulscher says, “The awakening has begun. In fact, a recent Rasmussen survey came out a few months ago and found 56%, or the majority of Americans, now believe that the Covid shots caused mass deaths. So, there are large numbers of casualties. It appears the majority has already woken up. Only about 15% to 20% are still getting booster shots.”

There are multiple documented health problems caused by the CV19 vax. Hulscher says, “We now have four independent data sets across three countries indicating that the Covid shots resulted in a cancer epidemic. It spans 350 million people in these data sets. . .. Brain tumors were up 19%. Colon cancer was up 19%. Then we have stomach, small intestine cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and all of these cancers surged between 2021 and 2023 (latest data available).

Then we have the CDC mortality records in the United States. In those records, we see over 138,000 excess cancer deaths in the United States since the CV19 vaccines rolled out. That’s 138,000 more cancer deaths than normal. This is likely due to the CV19 mRNA vax injections. Lastly, we have two other countries, Italy and South Korea, with two studies with 8.7 million people where they compare vaccinated to unvaccinated, and the vaccinated suffered increased risk of seven major cancers. . .. This is very worrisome, and it is now undeniable.”

There is some good news on the cancer treatment front, but the medical community will not tell you about this. There are new peer-reviewed studies that prove Ivermectin and Mebendazole have dramatic results on shrinking tumors and killing cancer. Hulscher says, “Everybody who thinks this is some sort of false thing, and it can’t possibly help (fight) cancer, you are completely wrong. It’s important to start off with the fact that there are literally over a hundred studies now looking at Ivermectin and Mebendazole in the laboratory...

It literally destroys, shrinks or eliminates some of these cancers by 14 distinct mechanisms. This is verified in the laboratory. So, it’s very real. It’s not false, and it’s not fake. We published the first and largest real world human study. We had 200 cancer patients. They had 20 types of cancers. 84% benefited in their cancer treatment. Chemotherapy is $111,000 a year on average. The Ivermectin and Mebendazole is a few grand, at most.”

In closing, Hulscher says the medical establishment covered up data warning of the huge problems coming from the CV19 shots. He thinks it was intentional as a very effective depopulation tool. Hulscher says, “This is a major, major catastrophe. This is worse than major world wars, worse than hundreds of Hiroshima nuclear attacks. I mean it’s a travesty.”

The whole thing is Fake. It’s an entire fraudulent hoax.

Wake up. Tell everybody you know that we do not comply.

We will not wear masks.

We will not take a mask vaccine that is somehow being pre-planned by Moderna in 2024.

Headlines are warning that Hantavirus may be spreading across the world, even though human-to-human transmission is extraordinarily rare and has NEVER been recorded in the United States.

The WHO’s own story behind the “outbreak” immediately starts falling apart, with officials pointing to bird watching and wildlife exposure, even though Hantavirus is overwhelmingly linked to infected rodents, not birds.

Then came the biggest red flag of all: the PCR “confirmation.”

Kary Mullis, the Nobel Prize-winning inventor of PCR, famously warned: “with the PCR, if you do it well, you can find almost anything in anybody.”

U.S. intelligence officials have reportedly warned a small group of Christian leaders to “prepare now” for imminent disclosures involving UFOs and alleged non-human intelligence.

According to pastors present at the briefings, the information could trigger widespread confusion and challenge core biblical beliefs, with some fearing a “great deception” that may lead people away from faith.

As declassification efforts move forward, concerns are also growing about how the narrative will be framed, and whether it could be used to reshape public perception of religion.

Church leaders are urging believers to stay grounded and ready as potentially paradigm-shifting revelations approach.

Influential Christian leaders are raising urgent concerns after claiming they were quietly warned by U.S. intelligence officials to “prepare now” for a coming wave of government disclosures about UFOs and so-called “non-human intelligence.”

Religious leaders were reportedly warned that the coming revelations could shake the foundations of biblical faith.

Evangelist Pastor Perry Stone says a small group of high-profile pastors was recently briefed by individuals described as connected to U.S. intelligence.

Officials warned religious leaders that long-classified information, including alleged evidence of extraterrestrial craft and beings, will soon be released to the public.

‘Great Deception’ Warning as Disclosure Looms

According to Stone, the message delivered behind closed doors was stark and warned that the coming disclosures could cause widespread confusion.

Officials asserted that the disclosures could even lead some believers to abandon their faith.

“You’re going to have people who are going to say if there are galaxies and there are allegedly other creations in the galaxies, then the whole creation story is a myth, and you’re going to have people that’s going to apostatize and turn from the Christian faith because they have no answer for what they’re about to hear,” Stone warned.

He also said pastors were told to brace for a surge of fear and uncertainty among the public.

“They’re going to freak out and they’re going to come to pastors, ministers, and teachers and say, ‘What is this? Is this really real?’” Stone said on his popular YouTube show.

The warnings come after President Donald Trump directed the Pentagon and War Secretary Pete Hegseth to declassify government-held information on UFOs and potential alien life.

Trump has since said the first releases are coming “very, very soon” and will contain “very interesting” material.

Pastors Describe Secret Meeting and ‘Propaganda Plan’

Other pastors say they were present during the extraordinary briefing revealed by Stone.

Alan DiDio described the gathering as a meeting of roughly six Christian leaders discussing what he claimed were ongoing investigations into “technology from non-human intelligence.”

“The meeting also went forward to discuss the propaganda plan that was in place leading up to disclosure,” DiDio said.

Evangelist and podcaster Tony Merkel echoed those concerns, suggesting the effort is not just about transparency, but narrative control.

“These guys are part of, let’s just say they’re Christians in intelligence operations, and they are specifically geared towards, initially, it was to gather evidence and data on what’s actually going on behind the scenes within the disclosure community,” Merkel said.

Faith Leaders Warn of Coordinated Narrative Shift

The pastors say the coming disclosures could be framed in a way that undermines Christianity, portraying believers as outdated or obstructive.

Merkel and DiDio warned that Christians could be told, “You were close, Christians.

“You were close. That’s right. But no cigar.

“And here’s what it actually is.”

They argue this aligns with what Scripture describes as a “great deception” in the end times, a moment when truth is distorted on a global scale.

‘Aliens’ or Something Else?

Some political leaders have also weighed in with a very different interpretation of what may be behind the phenomenon.

Vice President JD Vance said earlier this year, “I don’t think they’re aliens.

“I think they’re demons.”

Meanwhile, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has pointed to ancient texts like the Book of Enoch.

Luna suggested that alleged encounters described in classified briefings may resemble biblical accounts of fallen angels.

“Have I seen a spaceship personally? No,” Luna said on Joe Rogan’s podcast.

“Have I seen evidence of this? Yes.

“Have I seen photo documentation of aircraft that I believe were not made by mankind? Yes.”

Churches Urged to Prepare

With disclosures reportedly imminent, pastors are urging churches to prepare now, warning that many people may be caught off guard by what is coming.

Their message is to stay grounded, stay informed, and be ready to respond as questions mount.

Whether the coming revelations involve advanced technology, misunderstood phenomena, or something more profound, these leaders believe one thing is certain: the impact could be global, and the battle over how it is interpreted is already underway.

You might have saw where UFO whistleblower and US Air Force Veteran and former intelligence official David Grusch claimed in recent congressional testimony that the Vatican is covering up proof of aliens.

While stating that the US government has withheld evidence of a “non-human” craft from Congress and also “non-human biologics” or alien body remains at crash sites, he was also interviewed on NewsNation where he spoke about a UFO allegedly found back in 1933 in Magenta, Italy. He described how the government under fascist dictator Benito Mussolini had allegedly kept it in storage until near the end of World War I when Pope Pius the 12th “backchanneled” information across the pond about the UFO to the US. Therefore, claimed Grusch, the Catholic church “certainly knew about the existence of alien life.”

Is mankind being set up for a coming “Great Deception” or delusion in which the Vatican helps governments worldwide disclose “extraterrestrials” as already here or soon to be and who will correct our perception of religion and reality?

Is Rome quietly preparing for just such a scenario and somehow, they pretend to know their “extraterrestrial brothers” will not challenge their spiritual authority.

Scientists working with the Vatican ultimately will be called upon to persuade multitudes to believe “aliens” are our benefactors when in fact they may be part of what the Bible speaks of when it refers to “lying signs and wonders” that are set to produce strong delusion for those who have rejected the truth of the Gospel, ultimately helping Antichrist gather an even greater following.
